Customer Service does not deliver as promised. Tool has many bugs and these should be fixed before being active in the market. Disappointed and would definitely not recommend.

Really really horrible. No response at all from the customer service which was really needed because their tool was breaking down constantly. Don't go with this company!

What a crappy service. After malfunction with their tool, tried 10 times to get in touch with their customer service, finally reached them and offering me tons of solutions but they are failing to deliver. Never had such a bad experiences, wow. Please never use Givelab.

Although the prices are lower than sites like gleam, keep away at all costs.
I'm lucky to have added a Revolut disposal card for my subscription since there's literally no way to cancel it. There is no account option anywhere on their site, also their chat bot disappears once you type into the box, or maybe it disappeared because I asked how to cancel my subscription.

Also, once you start your giveaway you will quickly realise that people can get entries just by clicking on the entry button with no check if you actually completed the steps.
