It's really easy for our support agents to use, the user interface for managing multiple chats is easy and clear. I like that you can make more advanced styling to your chat windows with CSS. The interaction designer (the site where you build your bots) is also nicely designed and you can easily use it without too thorough training or so, pretty self-explanatory and allows you to go very creative! Giosg has also a very customer-centric approach what comes to their customer support, our Customer Success Manager is amazing and whenever we've needed event instant help, we've gotten support straight away!
Two things:
1) Data is quite hard to access, getting an overall view on the bot + chat performance is hard to retrieve. Requires a lot of clicks. Also, we're using this solution only for customer support so seeing e.g. sales/marketing-related KPIs/datapoints is not the most relevant for us. More customization on this would be great! 2)
2) Interaction designer would allow us to set default rules for e.g. bot window sizes/fonts/etc. When we have more than 10+ chat windows in one bot, making sure that all templates/titles, etc. are in the same place as the previous ones take a lot of time.
We want to offer our customers a way to search for timely & relevant information when they are building their events with Brella. We want to be able to offer direct and live communications channel (live chat) with Brella support advisors whenever the customers need help with our product. Our goal is to reduce the number of support tickets through the bot and live chat.
