"Cost efficient and very customizable"
What do you like best about Giosg?

One of the easiest live chat system to deploy and use, at least in my own experience. Easy to modify and create new bots.

What do you dislike about Giosg?

Our use is limited to live chat and chatbots, and that is handled to our need.

What problems is Giosg solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating a variety of interactive pop-ups. The chatbots are reliable workmates.

Their customer support has been exceptional always provide efficient assistance. The only thing that could be improved is the trial period.

Giosg could benefit from incorporating features like CRM integration and customizable chatbots. More customization options for chat widgets will help align with our brand identity.

Building integrations is easy and fast. Integrations can be easily customized to fit the brand. Good and efficient service in many ways. I highly recommend!

What do you dislike about Giosg?

Image scaling is sometimes tricky in Integration Builder. It would be a good feature to be able to crop images.

What problems is Giosg solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through chat, customer service is easily accessible and fast. We also use the service in campaigns, surveys and raffles.

What do you like best about Giosg?

It's really easy for our support agents to use, the user interface for managing multiple chats is easy and clear. I like that you can make more advanced styling to your chat windows with CSS. The interaction designer (the site where you build your bots) is also nicely designed and you can easily use it without too thorough training or so, pretty self-explanatory and allows you to go very creative! Giosg has also a very customer-centric approach what comes to their customer support, our Customer Success Manager is amazing and whenever we've needed event instant help, we've gotten support straight away!

What do you dislike about Giosg?

Two things:

1) Data is quite hard to access, getting an overall view on the bot + chat performance is hard to retrieve. Requires a lot of clicks. Also, we're using this solution only for customer support so seeing e.g. sales/marketing-related KPIs/datapoints is not the most relevant for us. More customization on this would be great! 2)

2) Interaction designer would allow us to set default rules for e.g. bot window sizes/fonts/etc. When we have more than 10+ chat windows in one bot, making sure that all templates/titles, etc. are in the same place as the previous ones take a lot of time.

What problems is Giosg solving and how is that benefiting you?

We want to offer our customers a way to search for timely & relevant information when they are building their events with Brella. We want to be able to offer direct and live communications channel (live chat) with Brella support advisors whenever the customers need help with our product. Our goal is to reduce the number of support tickets through the bot and live chat.
