They have everything from personalized items to experiences, which is fantastic. The only thing I suggest is making the dashboard more user-friendly for access to gift descriptions.
There are options for customizing and personalizing gifts. There are limited features, for managing loyalty programs and employee gifting within the platform.
Giftsenda solves the problem of spending time searching for and sending gifts by taking care of everything. This benefits my business by saving me time.
I truly enjoyed working with my coordinator Lu, who was very responsive with great follow-through. She worked closely with me to create a campaign to recognize emplyee anniversaries, which was well-received by all!

Solving the problem of curating a gift list and shipping to counsellors who are located internationally.
It's great platform for companies to reward employees and customers that are international as well as reward several hundred different people with one click of a button.
The only thing to dislike about Giftsenda is the shipping fee of $19 which is a bit high compared to amazon's free delivery, however, the gift options are really good.
We have a lot of customers around the world that we wish to reward a few times a year, however, due to their location it is hard to send them a gift as well as gift them a meaningful prize. The platform allows us to select from a wide array of great gifts as well as provide a safe and reliable delivery method.
The team at Giftsenda are very responsive and there's lots of variety when it comes to gifts.

I wasn't a long standing customer, just someone who needed a solution to a relatively small problem. Giftsenda was able to meet my expectations and provided great customer service and support to make sure the project went off without a problem. It was easy to use, and implementation was a breeze for our project. I was very impressed with the customer service I received, and continue to receive, and plan on utilzing them again in the future. A great product and great service!

Prizes for workplace contests to people outside of our workgroup - we had done a contest for employees children and wanted to be able to send age appropriate gifts which was not possible on the platform we were using at that time.
