Easy to get started, love the customizability

What do you like best about Giftogram?

It was really easy to set up and has an intuitive interface. Great to be able to create a custom image for the gift cards to keep consistent with branding. Easy to get support and responsive teams!

What do you dislike about Giftogram?

Can't use credit card right away - harder for a <1 year old startup trying to scale up (very specific problem to our company)

We have a referral program with existing customers and this makes it easy to run.

Great for employee gifts and rewards!

What do you like best about Giftogram?

I love the variety of gift card options available; it allows us to send specific themed gift cards to staff and participants. The website is very easy to use as well.

What do you dislike about Giftogram?

Have not had any dislikes in my experience

We are a remote company, so I don't always know what restaurants/food delivery options/stores are available in our employee's home locations. Sending a Giftogram allows us to send gift that can be used by everyone.

I've been waiting for this service!

What do you like best about Giftogram?

So simple, easy to work with international countries! Prior to giftogram it was sooo difficult to send gift cards to employees in Canada, UK, and Philippines. The integration into our corporate address book was simple and the implementation and customer support is fantastic. I use the system on a monthly basis to hand our employee of the month cards.

What do you dislike about Giftogram?

I dislike that its taking me this long to find the company! I wish I was needing to send more gift cards

Its solving the international gift card needs as well as US based. It saves me a lot time when this comes up.

Fast and easy but some screens can be more friendly

What do you like best about Giftogram?

It is fast and easy to send gift cards, either through a list or individually.

What do you dislike about Giftogram?

- Some screens are not friendly/intuitive. On the send gift cards screen, I would expect first a screen to choose campaign. Right now 90% of the screen is to show gift card designs, which is not important to me. The choose campaign button is small but this is important information I need to get right.

Recommendations to others considering Giftogram?

- The campaign summary page is also not great for my use. I would like to be able to see/access all campaign-related information from the same page (ordered in the level of importance): amount spent, number of gift cards, order history, participant list. Right now the participant list is most prominent on the page.

What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?

- I don't use the recipient list feature. Often I track participants in my own system outside of Giftogram, then upload a separate list everytime I send gift cards.

Giftogram has proven very useful for my team.

What do you like best about Giftogram?

It's convenient, easy to use, and an excellent way to reward my team for a job well done. The budget is straight-forward, the approval process is easy to understand, and it's a very clear system. I'm grateful for a way to give my team kudos that doesn't involve expensing gift cards out of pocket.

What do you dislike about Giftogram?

I don't really see a down side, if I'm honest. It's been nothing but helpful.

What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?

I no longer have to send gift cards out of pocket and expense them, waiting a week or two for reimbursement. Even with a quick turnaround time, that can become a real inconvenience, and I very much appreciate it being resolved through the use of Giftogram.

We use Giftogram everyday for our company awards. It is easy to use, gives multiple choices for our employees, and there are no hidden fees.

I am unable to find anything I dislike about Giftogram.

We have had a great experience with Giftogram! Their platform is easy to use and they are always available to answer any questions in a timely manner. We utilize Giftogram often and have no complaints.

The only downside we have experienced is the frequency of notificaitons regarding the Approval Queue.
