I often have to reconnect my phone or restart the app a few times a day in order to get text and caller ID notifications.
Many people cannot talk on the phone at work but are able to text, Weave lets us communicate with these patients faster than waiting on a returned call.
The payment portal is probably the best feature for me & my office.

Weave makes it possible for our office to stay in contact with our patients, in and out of the office. The best customer service representatives who are extremely timely and so nice! Super user friendly with the easiest features. Our office uses Weave daily, in and out of the office. Our patients transitioned seamlessly into using Weave. Our office also appreciated having all of our features in one software. From paperwork, receiving payments, and even appointment reminders; WE LOVE WEAVE! Our patient charts and accounts integrated seamlessly with our Eaglesoft software. Front office was beyond excited to use this software for all of our office needs.
If only there was a group chat option! It would be super helpful to have a group chat option for our team.
Weave solved our issue of allowing replies to confirmation messages to alter and change the confirmation status on our main scheduling software which is Eaglesoft.
