I love how the app manages the whole operation of a delively system. Information is readily available once your signed in and routing and dispatching is done through the application automatically and that is great.

I sometimes do nit see assigned jobs in the notifications unless i sign in or redresh the app.

Allowing me to see all in formation on the items bring delivered .

We are a delivery company that uses getSwift to assign tasks to drivers and make orders efficient. so the fact that we can watch our drivers go to pick to drop off is great it even has auto-assign features and geo-fencing which we use.

When too many orders are on the screen it tends to freeze up and starts to lag a little bit and once a while a driver will freeze up on the map and we won't know if it is his phone or the site

We use to have to text drivers the pickup and dropoff location now we can send all that in an app plus a lot more.

First of all I like that you can do everything from the application of your mobile phone, it has many features and very good, it gave us great tools for our business, the delivery process was optimized, it allows you to track your drivers, it has a system of Notifications to keep customers up to date, you can track drivers directly.

Sometimes it has small problems with notifications, however in general it is excellent, an optimal service, we really love it.
