Getscreen.me is straightforward to use, requiring very little setup. The browser-based access is seamless, whether I’m connecting from a computer or a mobile device. For remote, unattended access—which I use most often—it’s as simple as installing the agent on any device, linking it to my account, and I’m able to connect whenever I need.

On mobile, the default cursor mode significantly improves usability. It separates pointer actions from location, allowing me to zoom, place the cursor, and tap to select—making it much easier to control a large desktop screen from a phone or tablet. In my experience, this is more efficient than traditional solutions like Windows Remote Desktop.

Really fast and easy setup, web interface, no bulky software and reliable connections for extended periods of time. Everything you could hope for in a lightweight but full featured remote control service!

I am able to access my home pc from a very restrictive work network without limitations. I can also provide one-off support to friends and relatives without complicated set up processes.

There is no dark mode in Dashboard ;) Should be nice!

Nothing at present, connectivity is good and no issues faced.

Remotely connecting to systems whilst away

The solution is very easy to use and allows me to send invites for quick support from remote locations. The permanent access is extremely helpful. This solution is very good and allows me to access computers when I need to and is less finicky than RDP and is cross platform so it works with both PC's and Mac's. I use Getscreen multiple times each week and allows me to efficiently manage my computers.

I wish the invite codes were shorter. Getting users to correctly type a 9 digit code can be tricky at times.

Getscreen is a simple solution for both remote access and remote support. The products works and is very easy to install. I have had issues using RDP and this makes setting up remote access a breeze. For remote support it works great and I have had no issues walking through getting remote support working.
