Easy to use so users are comfortable adopting it. Easy to configure and implement. Excellent support from Nspace. Very responsive to any requests.
I'm not sure there is anything I dislike. There are a few edge case features I would like, but nothing significant.
Allows optimized use of crowded office spaces. Will delay requirement to increase office space and provide real world analytics to assist in deciding in new office sizes.
It is helpful in knowing who is in the office and which spaces have been booked and are available.
Not an Nspace issue, but a user issue, which is that people don't use it consistently.
Office space booking is flexible to suit our hybrid structure. We can track who is in the office, if they sign in.
It was very user friendly. I had it on my phone, checked in every day. Super simple.
there wasnt anything that i disliked. as i said - easy peasy.
it helped to ensure we were all accounted for at all times
NSpace is very user friendly and it is quick and easy to book a workspace.
There isn't anything that I dislike about NSpace.
NSpace allows me to book a desk so I go into the office knowing where I will be working.
NSpace is super user-friendly. It's easy to navigate. It's also very helpful to be able to determine numbers for safety purposes. The application is convenient as I can use it on my phone so I don't have to log into a computer to make a last-minute modification.
The only downfall is just having to key something in before entering the office. There is not much that I dislike.
Since offices are no longer assigned to specific people, it makes it easier to allocate spaces to employees that are working in a hybrid environment.
The benefits of having multi office workspaces in one app are endless. I have the ability to book a partner an office space in any location all over the country. This has been extremely convenient and such an efficient use of our time as administrators. When any questions are needing to be answered, the customer support has been extremely helpful.
There was a small amount of user error before getting completely familiar with the app but once these items were identified, the app is used with ease.
When staff are moving from office to office regularily, having a shared office map & desk availability is key.
Nspace is an excellent product for managing desks at our office. The onboarding process was smooth and allowed us to get to grips with the platform easily at our own speed.
No teams available at launch unfortunately but this is now being implemented.
We need to book desks for our remote team at our central office to ensure there is enough space for everyone in the office on a given day.
Easy to use. From an administrator standpoint the system is very user friendly to set up employees. They also make it easy for employees to book desks and are coming out with an integration to microsoft teams which will make it even easier. Customer service is very responsive. Joseph is our rep and he always responds very quicky whenever I have an inquiry.
I would say the only difficult part on our end is making sure that employees use the system to book a desk rather than just showing up to the office... not sure if there is something Nspace can help with this for future.
Ensuring that we don't overbook our office space.
I find Nspace very user friendly and incredibly easy to book a Workspace. I like that I can see how many of my team mates are in the office and where they are sitting.
Occassional errors seem to pop up when searching for a specific person.
Let's us know how many people are in the office and what floor or workspace they are located. You can also see what time they have check in.

The upsides of using NSpace is having access to design the floor map so that it is reflective of our actual space. We appreciate the feature to continue self check ins to ensure the team is monitoring their health, and staying home if unwell. We are excited for the new feature for booking on MS Teams, as that will incrementally help our uptake of booking meeting rooms. Our customer success manager, Joseph, is also incredibly responsive and helpful with set up, implementation, training and much more.
What I may dislike about NSpace is only having a few time slots to book the desks from, i.e., we can only book the desks for mornings/afternoons but it would be easy to book in 1 hour increments. I am unsure if they have this feature but will reach out to my Customer Success manager. NSpace is also not used frequently within our company, but I anticipate that after the MS Teams integration, it will be more intuitive for the team to use.
NSpace is solving the booking problem by adding the MS Teams feature and that will benefit us because it our company uses MS Teams often, and this will make it easier to book rooms/see who else is in office. Now, we can see what rooms are booked, who is in the office, and it provides a prompt for those to stay home if they are unwell. Given our small office space, this helps a bunch to limit exposure but also encourage collaboration accross.
