I found this website, which helps you monitor what emails you send are actually received and opened by the recipient. We needed this to ensure that a legal notice was received so that we could procede with legal action against a rogue trader. Excellent service.

wrote 3x to customer service and even though I paid for my subscription, they don't write back

I used this service and I followed all the direction offered for sending your first email. I sent the email to my other account. I did get a notice when the email was opened but when I tried to reply to the email it was impossible. So anyone you send an email to via this service will not be able to reply. The email will go to the land of the unknown. I contacted their customer service but no one will respond. I’m totally confused by all the positive reviews left here. It seems very suspicious.
