The platform is powerful and easy to learn. Aside from the technical aspect of it being very light-weight, the interaction is user friendly. It can easily handle the needs of most informational websites and blogs. There is a plethora of information on their forums. It isn't as powerful as wordpress or joomla, but it takes care of business. You may need a certain level of tech saviness but with the documentation you can quickly learn what is necessary.
It would be great for there to be more online videos and tutorials. A few parts of the backend can look odd or unpolished, but for something relatively new and small, it's understandable. The media manager could be a bit stronger, as well. Many edits require changes to the CSS files and creating new overrides, which can be confusing. It isn't that easy to design fully responsive pages when you tweak templates or build your own. It still requires HTML and CSS knowledge.
I was using it as a lightweight CMS alternative to Joomla. I liked its simplicity and functionality. The malleability of components may be limited compared to some of the editing platforms on, say, Wordpress. This is more than enough for simple websites for growing businesses.
