I have used formly a couple of times in the past. And now when I wanted to create a new form and a quiz, I realised I can now add my own logo and colours. And the new templates and the quiz functionality are great. I can highly recommend formly, I am now integrating it to my marketing workflow with other tools.

It has a bit of a learning curve when it comes to the display logic for someone who's a user without a technical background, but the team was very helpful in addressing my questions and getting it to work

It's my one place for collecting inputs from clients, and it makes my life a lot easier not having to maintain multiple apps with monthly payment plans that are always overengineered and too expensive for what I need as a solo entrepreneur.
