I like that Flamingo offers a full suite of features through multiple product tiers. This helps with budget management while also offering a quality product. The tiers are well thought out, so you see the value at all levels.
The services section can be harder to use in smaller markets as it requires that service providers enroll and follow through. If more communities in the market use Flamingo, I imagine additional service providers would be more inclined to register.
Flamingo offers a streamlined, well-branded onboarding experience for our tenants. I especially appreciate that once our tenant moves in, the amenity reservation tools, community guide, and internal message boards have helped generate ancillary income, answer tenant questions, and help build community.
Flamingo's team was accommodating and wonderful! Scheduling an event is very easy. Will definitely recommend to colleagues!

I love how the app allows my residents to communicate with each other and our team; our community would just be a building without neighbors engaging with each other how they do on Flamingo.
I think it's a great product! I wish that the services section had more options available in the Savannah area, but we are working to get vendors in touch and signed up!
Flamingo allows residents to vent amongst each other and allows us to show that we care and want to problem solve their issues without the issues making it to the public eye on a site like google or yelp. It also helps streamline the move in and move out process so that residents feel prepared and at ease that everything they need to complete is done and checked off.
Flamingo has been most helpful with our resident engagement as being an all inclusive platform for our future resident correspondence, community updates and events and in assisting our office staff with maintaining documents and insurance.
I have no negative feedback regarding the Flamingo Platform.
Flamingo assists with our tracking of documents for incoming move ins which is a huge help during our lease up phase. Also, it has been a huge help in keeping our residents up to date with community happenings and events.
It's SO easy and makes scheduling resident events so seamless. Something that would take hours, not only thinking of ideas but then sourcing everything, now takes minutes. The customer service is great and Jude stays personally involved.
Just a few issues with quality control but Jude responded immediately to resolve the issue and provide a solution.
Resident events no longer take man hours to plan allowing us to have great resident engagement while we are busy
The bulletin board has helped our residents communicate with each other and bring everyone closer. The events page is helpful to show all the things we have going on!
The concierge services section has been challenging. The residents want services but having reliable vendors has been hard.
Streamlining communication between management and residents and residents to residents. Helping management know issues at the property that residents report on the chat board. The events page helps us manage the large volume of events we have each week, and track RSVP and attendance.
Every month/season Flamingo suggests new events to keep my resident engaged. All I have to do is pick one.
The flyers provided for each even are helpful but don't offer much customization.
Flamingo allows me to recommend services such as TV hanging, movers, fitness trainers, housekeeping, and more from local vendors that Flamingo has screened. So instead of just saying "No my maintenance team can not help you", I now have an alternative that I can offer.
The platform made it extremely easy to communicate with qualified and verified vendors that could accommodate all of our event needs, including entertainment, food and beverages.
My only dislike is my quote expired on their platform. However, i am in communication with the vendor directly now. I didn't realize there was a time limit to confirm the event on the platform.
The ability to find vetted, qualified, vendors that offer multiple services to accommodate our resident event is HUGE! If we didn't have Resident Flamingo i would still be interviewing vendors for components of our event!
I like that it has so many options for event planning that can be used for resident events at our property. The people that get assigned to come out are so professional.
I havent used it to its full extent to say what i really dislike about it. At our property we have our assigned platforms we use already so I only used it to book resident events

I love how easy it is to set up an event. The platform is clear and very easy to use. The possibilities are labeled clearly, and its very simple to know what to expect and what events you are signing up for.
So far, I have not found anything I dislike about this event planning service. The prices are fair, the product is of great quality and the communication is easy and straightforward. I recommend this to everyone that works in property management.
I dont have time to plan significant events, especially at a one-person property. However, i also want to provide extraordinary Events, so this platform allows me to do minimal work and still provide a memorable experience.
