I am very satisfied with GetFeedback

PROS: Getfeedback meets all our needs and we love how simple yet effective the tool is. It provides integration of media directly into surveys and helps to reinforce our brand to our users, we don’t have to force them by using slog of text-based questions. Also, I have to say that the Salesforce integration is easy to set up and very useful thing. We are able to see data in real time and this helps us to better understand our customer’s needs.

CONS: I cannot say a single negative word for this product. My daughter used it for her science research projects, and I highly recommend it.

This product is amazing!

PROS: The setup is really simple and allows for detailed analytics. It ensures we're utilizing the right mix of functionality that compels users. Not only is this product really easy in making surveys, but it also makes an analysis of the presented results. Images can be inserted swiftly. Workflow creation with flows has saved up lots of time in survey setup.

CONS: There's nothing much to hate with GetFeedback. I agree with most responses made with this product. It's really easy to use.

Intuitive, easy to use and extremely helpful solution

PROS: Its interface is clean and understandable, we can easily build, deploy and analyze our surveys. We are able to insert company’s brand so we can make our surveys more professional.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how simple the product is. We make sure that we use its features that are compelling to our users. It’s not the surveys that are easy to create but their distribution and the ability to analyze the results. We are able to insert pictures, to create flows with our own rules. The tool is time saving products during building the surveys.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike about the product, as I said before, it is extremely easy to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

GetFeedback allows us to create surveys quickly and to distribute them. This is a key component for our start up. Thanks to its benefits we are able to make procurement decisions, demand forecasting and inventory estimates.

We simply love GetFeedback

PROS: We use this tool for both admins and end-users. Great tool for employee engagement, and enterprise feedback management. We love the integration with SalesForce.

CONS: One thing that we don’t like in our company is when we see that someone uses other tool than Getfeedback.

Surveying creation is as simple as setting up a PowerPoint!

PROS: I think it was our very own GetFeedback sales representative who gave a PowerPoint analogy when initially showcasing the survey builder. It's simple to make a quality and professional survey and then leaving it in the hands of our untrained staff members. Salesforce integration was another reason why we made GetFeedback as one of our chosen vendors. It's simple GUI has more harnessing power than what many would assume (at first glance). We've made use of it as a logic builder to create intelligent surveys that brings a user to relevant questions.

CONS: At times, it would appear too simple. We'd often see ourselves wanting to add customizations on the pages, like being able to have a few questions on one page. Another thing we might want would be having the ability to manipulate the size and/or styling of fonts. But on a good note, I can understand why they're pushing users to a standard-based format for surveys. This could have something to do with easier compatibility for mobile devices. This won't be a good idea if users intend to make too many customizations on the display elements.

This product is only limited for online use. So technically, it's impossible to be working on it offline. With that, you have design surveys that are a bit shorter than what you'd normally expect. It's a good and a bad thing.

It's able to carry out employee surveys on any event regarldess if it's offsite or a major one for management feedback. Customer surveys dictates on what needs to be done. Acquiring true feedback from product-driven surveys shows which product components work and which ones don't. It also dictates the potential direction of products.

I don’t have a single complaint for GetFeedback, I have great experience with it

PROS: GetFeedback is product that is easy to setup and looks great on every device. It is user friendly and very flexible. I love the ability to pass results to Salesforce and helps me to take completely automated solution instead of using manual process.

CONS: The other thing I would like to say is that I don’t have any dislikes about it. I have great experience with this product.
