Helps to make creative contracts and most importantly, track who's viewing and what actions they're doing in the proposal
not that I dislike anything, sometimes more customisation is needed, but the support is lightning fast.
to know whether the buyer is seeing the proposal, and what actions he's doing on the proposal and have a single repository of all contracts for easy viewing and teacking

I do wish there was better reporting available.
Previously, I was spending hours a day writing up proposals for my team to send out. Now, they can easily get an approvla out so our closing time has dropped significantly
My role involves pricing and proposals in the software component sector. We are not strictly SaaS but have complex sales models including volume and term based pricing with graduated tiers, renewal discounts, different payment windows and terms as well as perpetual and subscription products. Showing pricing over multi-year windows for enterprise teams with various bolt ons is difficult and Cacheflow has helped to simplify this. Whilst we are an early adopter, they have worked hard to implement new features and within a few months my team was able to land a contract with TCV well into the 6 figure range. The support has been very good and the team responsive. We currently use the platform for our more complex products but are aiming to move over to it in it's entirety once we have finalised integration, which will require some custom work on our end. The product has a learning curve, but with the support from the Cacheflow staff it was been easy to get up and running.
We are early adopters so there were some features that we needed not present yet. I have to write something here for G2 to publish so this isn't really a negative but the lack of features initially wasn't great, but they promised to deliver and they did. We're only waiting on one more feature which is to pay in one lump sum for multi-year contracts. I'm sure they'll have it done soon!
Cacheflow makes it easier to display complex pricing models and to update them on the fly. In our sector we have multi-year licensing based on users with various compounding discounts, adding in new users can be complex and the calculations frustrating. Cacheflow made it easy once we got it set up.
Cacheflow is AWESOME for combining proposal generation, contract signatures, subscription management, and renewal / upsells. To complete all of these actions it used to take us 3 different systems, that didnt integrate right, and took myself hours of time scrubbing everything to make sure it was all synced. Their team is very responsive, they are building crazy fast, and I'm happy to be riding the Cacheflow train. If you're reading this, stop being dumb and just buy it.
Its a earlier SaaS company. The roadmap is long, nothing in software is every perfect- but neither is your iPhone and you paid 1k for it anyway. This product solves a serious need for sales orgs and they are going to be the de facto solution that you wish you had already bought.
Its replacing the multiple, non-integrated, solutions we used previously to quote customers, capture signature, initiate subscription, and continually modify subscriptions. This product is the best end to end solution I found. The other available options would only do parts of the full cycle or they were so wildly expensive for limited value that it wasnt worth considering.
The checkout UI which completes Quote to Cash in a single screen, plus amazing payment options like direct debit. All the while also accomodating prorated quotes directly into the billing system is mindblowing.
Cacheflow is yet to build small features like custom fields and custom workflows, but I'm positive they will add them soon enough!
Our sales reps exactly know where the prospects are in the deal stage, and what they need to follow up on - if it's signing the contract or payment reminder. Everyone in the system has clarity on the customer journey.

Before Cacheflow, we had a manual process for document version control before each quote was even sent to a prospect. Now Cacheflow makes it easy for our sales reps to manage a higher volume of deals, with accurate pricing and documents to be delivered every time
None at this time- team works well with ours via QBRs etc- to add to their roadmap any features we may need.

3. Consolidation of the correct legal documentation signed as MSA/DPA, guaranteed
4. Visibility into customer movement, being able to see if our customers are looking at a proposal we sent out to predict likelihood of them signing

There is truly not too much I dislike. It has been by far the most accessible software I have used for proposal and contracts, and order form

I love the fact that our company can generate professional pricing proposals! It was easy to build our product book, connect our bank account for immediate payment, and integrate Cacheflow with our existing tools like DocuSign.
It's a newer solution, so there are still a few minor kinks to work out but their product and customer success team is all over it.
Streamlines our quoting process and gives me time back in my day. The proposal is very professional, and they are straightforward to generate quickly. The ability to collect payment on the same day has been game-changing!
Cacheflow is one of the only tools in our sales stack that actually improves win rates for our sales team. Deals don't get ghosted as much, our proposals get compliments from prospects, and our leadership team now has real visibility into all of our open deals. Plus, our AE's actually enjoy using it, which makes product adoption very easy.
Cacheflow is young, as such, they partner closely with their customers to create new functionalities that are necessary. That said, Cacheflow has an incredible team that can deliver these functionalities quickly and effectively.
