Its scalability and the management of all training data across the companyin central repository.
I couldn't find anything to dislike about Adminstrate.
Report generation is good and easily manage all training in one place. Also it is very user friendly.
Course templates offered by Administrate are very helpful. I struggled for around a year coming up with a solid, documented course plan for new hires. Administrate was the start of a great forward movement - all beginning with their templates! These can be customized for different groups of students.
Wish their support team would be able to help more with REST API integration. Their API has so many possibilities but I'm not the most savvy with this so just having cURL to test against is a big learning curve.
More focus on developing online training options would be great as well.
It is much easier to monitor progress of new hires in training courses. There are great reporting tools offered by Administrate which help show successes/failures.
A large issue before using Administrative was having a centralized location to hold all internal documentation and resources used by new hires. There are great browsing and link insert options within training - these can be easily kept up to date by the training team.
The best aspect is the cloud based nature.
It’s solely online which has some downsides although is still a positive.
Has been used to provide training courses to a group of graduates this years intake who live across UK has saved money, time and limited driving time so environmentally friendly which is good for ecological consulting

The user experience and interface can be confusing at times, it is not always intuitive how to navigate the menus

The strongest benefit of the software is the clear layout.
Some criteria are outdated and need updationg. however, nothing too serious.
The entire flow of knowledge for the trainees is far more efficient.
I enjoy the interface, it gives a quick and clear overview. The data is up to date and very responsive

This helped solve the issues around sending out specific training material as well as mitigate how each of those training/learning curves lasted. Great business practice!
