There is so much thought and attention to detail put into the back end of the software to have the use experience exceptional and effortless . Onboarding and Ashley H is out of this world great at her customer service, caring and training skill sets!!! Seriously a great experience.

User friendly, very detailed notes, and many options for many things. Customer support has been phneomenal.
The only thing would be that it's so intricate that there's SO much to learn. Also, maybe that you have to input charges through the note.
Ease of scheduling and helping me keep up on my notes
How easy it is to take payments, schedule patients, and if something is missing on an account or a claim kicks back it walks you through how to correct the issue and complete it. Also keeping track of allowed visits and referral plans was something our previous system did not have.
I do wish there was a faster way to take a charge off if made by accident. It seems like a lot of steps just to take either a payment out or a product out.

Also if a claim is missing anything or insurance requires an additional step the system or the billing team notifies us immediately and we care able to re-submit or correct quickly and sometimes even before the claim goes out.

It helps with all paitent information to be easy to find and benefits me and my team by keeping everything organized.
I previously submitted and applied all of the claim billing manually for insurances. Having Genesis submit and apportion it to patient accounts directly saves me hours in the workday.
Some claims get routed to the wrong secondary insurance companies when details are not input, but that is easily corrected.
Due to our large patient flow, we don't have time to call every invalid or disputed claim. Having the Genesis team follow-up and get information on the reasons behind claim denial is invaluable.
The software is integrated with features to use multiple systems of payment or communication that work well with our practice. Customer support and training teams are the best. We use it all day in our practice. New staff has an easy time learning the software. Implementing new features with the integrated programs is easy. Added benfit is the live chat service which was added recently to the software.
I can't think of any things I dislike about the software. It has so many tabs I still need to learn all the things it can do for us to improve our functionality as an office.

I like how easy it is to get ahold of support and set up training for new employees and job changes. The Genesis team is always looking for ways to better your experience and truly care about your problems. I like how this software can accommodate high volume practices with billing, scheduling, payroll, and intake forms if needed.
Some of the features are really outdated and require too many steps to complete. They are actively working on these, it just takes time to get used to it.
Genesis billing team is benefiting us in many ways. We spend way less time handling claims, resubmissions, EOB postings, etc. because their team members take care of it all. This saves the headache of calling insurance and can get claims taken care of much faster, especially for a high volume practice.
