The best minimalist Homecare system!
What do you like best about Generations Homecare System?
When I started my training with the Homecare company, I easily picked up the process and actually loved the system. It's very easy to use and very user friendly compared to other systems.
What do you dislike about Generations Homecare System?
Honestly, I only had a hard time adding new client's information in Generations and figuring out the applicable code for rates. None so far besides that hiccup.
What problems is Generations Homecare System solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles bulk information of all clients and employees alike. It is one of the most accessible Homecare system ever built and very user-friendly. I also love how files are being generated from the system.

We have used the system for 17 years and feel that it is very user-friendly for our employees and they are always making improvements.

There are a few suggestions I would like to see happen shortly.

With many employees in the field, the system enables us to keep track of their hours, location, and mileage seamlessly.

Easiest Homecare system out there
What do you like best about Generations Homecare System?
How easy it was to navigate and modify toggles to your preference.
What do you dislike about Generations Homecare System?
No invoicing system was available to ease the process.
What problems is Generations Homecare System solving and how is that benefiting you?
They were very good about their updates & were very informative on what exactly changed.

Has more than we have learned to use
What do you like best about Generations Homecare System?
I like the pricing relative to other home care software. Generations fulfills our needs for scheduling, log-in, log-out, covid screening, care plans, tasks, invoicing, payroll, reports, etc..
What do you dislike about Generations Homecare System?
Some parts are not intuitive for me. They do have online support that bails me out when I cannot figure out how to do something.
Recommendations to others considering Generations Homecare System?
THis is a system that is easy to use once you learn it.
What problems is Generations Homecare System solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without it, we would be using spreadsheets or some other antiquated solution.

Awesome and easy software to use
What do you like best about Generations Homecare System?
It keeps me organized. My schedule is easy to read. It has information I need for clients including phone numbers for emergencies. Easy to log in and navigate.
What do you dislike about Generations Homecare System?
Every once in a while it can lag but not very often.

Its easy to navigate. Make sure to look at everything. There is so much information available.

Best home are system
What do you like best about Generations Homecare System?
That it user friendly. You can use it on mobile devices as well as desktops. Your clients can access their schedules and caregivers too.

I haven't in countered a dislike with the program besides with having live in caregivers and their schedules

A huge step up from over the phone logins, but definitely NOT perfect
What do you like best about Generations Homecare System?
Punch in punch out is really fast, and the update response time is instant.
What do you dislike about Generations Homecare System?
If your device is connected to Android Auto when you're logged in, and you power down the connected vehicle, the entire app restarts, even logging you out

Absolutely worth it- even with some of its flaws

Software Review for Generations
What do you like best about Generations Homecare System?
The mobile application is user friendly and compliments the desktop mobile site. Also, the program itself is self-explanatory and easy to self-teach. There are an abundance of training videos available as well.
What do you dislike about Generations Homecare System?
Customer service is very difficult to get ahold of and is not helpful in resolving issues. The mobile site often times goes "offline" and is not reliable.
What problems is Generations Homecare System solving and how is that benefiting you?
The payroll and billing being comprehensively looped in with all other functions has proven to be a large benefit to our teams.
