Great scheduler with great user experience

PROS: Quality tool for scheduling purposes such as making appointments and bookings among others. It is very smooth to learn and use. Using it has provided a great experience.

CONS: We cannot find any guides or tutorials for using the app at first. User support is quite unreliable too. This makes the platform somehow difficult to use for people who are not that tech-savvy.

Handling schedules for my business has become more efficient

PROS: Keeping a record of all schedules for my business has become more efficient through this platform. Our clients can easily make their schedules online without hassles too. Moreover, if clients give accurate details in their schedules, I don’t have to worry about missing their calls anytime. I can easily sync their schedule into my own!

CONS: I do not have anything to dislike about this tool. This is really satisfying my needs for handling schedules.

Automated bookings are the best! Thanks, Genbook!

PROS: This tool is packed with features that I and my clients love. With it, all parties are allowed to set and update appointments. We get prompted whenever we have an appointment coming up too! There are just so many things you can do with this tool to stay on top of your schedule.

CONS: A recent update seemed to have erased a chunk of customer information from the database. We had to allocate time just to have everything set up again. Integration with Google has had a few hiccups too.

A tool to help you stay on top of your appointments

PROS: In find Genbook really convenient because it works around my schedule. All I have to do is to input the projected length of my meetings, and it will find the best timeslot for me. Also, in the spirit of convenience, it manages to retrieve all the data I need in just a matter of seconds.

CONS: It can be hard to multitask with this tool. You have to close one calendar first before you open a new one.

A great time management app!

PROS: With Genbook, I can book and update my appointments anytime.

CONS: Rebookings are only allowed at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled one. Can the developers adjust this please? Say, an hour?

"My Business appointments made easier!"
What do you like best?

My clients like the simplicity of going online and making their own appointments. And make the appointment online but also it’s easy for me not to miss someone’s call or voicemail knowing that they have the right information and they can make that appointment themselves. It made my appointment ledger still up faster with specials that I run. Thank you Genbook!

What do you dislike?

There’s nothing that I could say I dislike

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I feel if I book my clients and as long as they have their information that they could go ahead and notify them when the appointment is due I think that would be great

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The time is divided better in my business and the benefits are I don’t have to take town out of my day and book the client and they have a full range of times that they could look and see when I’m available

Easy to use when making appointments

PROS: More than anything, the thing that I loved the most about this software is how easy it was to use, how simple it is, and how it didn't have a steep learning curve. I very quickly got the hang of it, so I could use it immediately to book and adjust appointments and get our business in order.

CONS: I didn't have a hard time getting the hang of it, but I can imagine people who aren't as tech-savvy maybe having a much more difficult time. The software doesn't have a lot of tutorials, and I wasn't as impressed with the customer support agents. That's certainly one aspect that the makers can improve.

What do you like best?

Genbook is a user friendly software for booking and adjusting appointments. It is simple to use and easy to learn.

What do you dislike?

Customer service is inconsistent with no major tutorials. So if you are new to technology, the app might be difficult to navigate at first.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Genbook, we save time - reduces miscommunication as we can book directly on the website or through the app.

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to put in how long you want your appointments to be for different things. It automatically will chose the appointment times. Also, it is really easy to block times you can't work. I also love that when you start to type a name, it pulls up the customer information very quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike?

If you are using multiple calendars for personal use and business use, you can not switch back and forth without very much friction.

Scheduling appointments for the right amount of times.

What do you like best?

There are so many things that the company I work for loves about Genbook!

- We love the app- for us and our clients, The ease of use is amazing.

- We love that our patients can book themselves, let alone online.

-I love how easy it is to edit appointments & for our patients to change their current appointments.

-We have multiple users and like that you can control interaction of accounts

-WE love the appointment reminders because they get our patients here on time!

I could go on and on there are many features we like.

What do you dislike?

We had some problems when they do make upgrades of loosing patient information, in the most recent update current customers were not coming up with their first or last name, only emails were in the system- so this caused us to do some added work- merging customers together. Another error that some of our customers have ran into is- The Gmail and the Genbook listing different appointment times, we learned this was more Googles fault bases on the patients "listed location" if it differed from MST(which we are in)

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it, if you like it get it! If you love it you can EXPAND :)

This solves many of our scheduling problems, including missed appointments & allowing patients to book even when no one is in the office. We have also realized that compared to other scheduling systems we like Genbook the best for what we utilize it for.
