We have been delighted with Gazelle's AI lead generation tool and customer service. Whenever we’ve had questions about events they do not have in their database, they’ve responded swiftly (often with new information). The trade show feature has proven to be more valuable than we thought.
We wish Gazelle were a little more comprehensive in providing updated and current contacts (especially email addresses) for crucial executives of organizations we research.
Gazelle helps us curate a list of past show attendees, providing a starting point for lead generation preparation before an event. They also help us research companies looking to grow, expand, or move into our market.
The data is accurate, and information is constantly being added and improved.

The customer service is outstanding. Staff are easy to contact, great webinars, and on-target newsletters. Great search aids to allow fresh looks at the data. New ways to present data with Trade Show exhibitor information.
Because Gazelle uses AI to scrape online sites, some information must be validated by the user. However, I prefer this 'cast a wide net' approach to a more limited amount of information.
We need information on companies around the globe, their 'people' information, including contact info, and which ones are in growth mode. The Gazelle scores help us target prospects.
I LIKE THE ABILITY TO FILTER RESULTS BY COMPANY LOCATION. YOU CAN SELECT PLACES WHERE THERE IS OR IS NOT A PRESENCE OF SUBSIDIARIES AND HQS, AND THIS IS QUITE USEFUL.

Most companies that I search have a profile in Gazelle.ai. It has been helpful to know likelihood of expansion plans. I can search and download freely without incurring charges outside our subscription cost.
HAT Query geocoding doesn't facilitate county-based searches as reliably as it does for state level. In my experience, of course.
