Gatekeeper service - you cannot beat Gatekeeper’s responsive and helpful team members. We enjoy working directly with Melanie M. as our Customer Success Manager. She is absolutely the BEST – it is easy to book meetings with her, and she always follows up to ensure we have what we need (and sends short videos to help answer our questions). We also work with Mark P. as our Account Executive, and he is fantastic to work with. Gatekeeper does not nickel and dime customers like other vendors. They make their pricing straightforward, with no hidden fees or surprise charges throughout the year.
No complaints. Gatekeeper continues to roll out system enhancements, so any improvements we initially requested have been implemented (like the Admin control features, DocuSign integrations, etc.). Out of all the systems used by our company, this has been the easiest and with the best ongoing customer support.
Gatekeeper allows the company to have a single repository for contracts that is easy to use and find what you need. It has improved how employees submit requests to the legal team and quick turnaround times for contract execution.

The only bug bear would be the time not changing with the clock change. All time stamps are currently an hour behind the actual action time
They've just added the ability to move documents from messages on cards to the form which has been a great addition to save some time!

The functionality I saw (and our leadership saw) during the sales demos is exactly what we received at Go Live. The tool itself looks easy to use and actually is easy to use. We are able to quickly search for active contracts, not only in the Gatekeeper record, but also in the contract PDF itself. The tracking of contract expirations all in one place is a huge help and significantly improves visibility.
Really nothing - great tool - we are very happy with it so far
We now have a single repository for all of our contracts that is integrated with our accounting system (NetSuite) and our e-signature platform (DocuSign). The repository is easy to use and accessible to all departments and teams across the company. It has enhanced the level of collaboration within and across our teams.
