The most helpful thing about Gallup Access are the resources - so many resources to use for my development!
Sometimes it is hard to navigate. Sometimes I can't find what I am looking for.

The breadth of resources on Gallup Access is wonderful. I love the learning journeys (for Clifton Strengths, for managers for engagement, etc.). For engagement, GA links directly to targeted resources.
Not all of the resources can be exported/downloaded
We use Gallup Access to administer annual engagement surveys, pulse surveys, view results, and document action plans. It's a simple to use platform for survey admin and the link between results and resources for leaders supports leaders.
Engagement reporting and filters, multiple tools in one system
Learning modules are not intutitive to find and navigate. Some materials you can download and others you cannot.
As an administrator, it's frustrating not to easily know what end users have access to and what they don't.
The advanced data tools are not user friendly and can easily cause issues if not used correctly.
We also use it for CliftonStrengths and coaching certification (drop down above only gave option of EE).
GA provides data we haven't had and allows us to look at the team level as well as other filters. This allows us to partner to create customized solutions vs one size fits all.
Survey functionality provides more consistency for our end users and allows us to work in one system.
Management of CliftonStrengths codes allows us to easily partner within our business.
Embeded tools and helpful tech and training support. Decent report graphics. Cloud-based means easy access. GQ12+ is evidence-based and tied to solid research.
Application is glitchy, often slow, and cumbersome to use compaired to more modern cloud-based applications. Administering it can be time-consuming. Staff have trouble navigating. Can be a bit expensive for a government agency, when budgets are tight. Challening for staff to see full value.
Gallup Access helps us stay focused on measuring and applying evidence-based strategies to engage and support our public service staff. We benefit from regular measuring and from utilizing the tools for follow-through and for advocacy for staff needs.

It's a great engagement tool and we appreciate how simple it is to use.
We do'nt utilize all of the products available, but getting training on the product was difficult.
We are able to have staff feel good about giving their opinions without it feeliing like they are going to be watched.
You can be creative while allowing others to participate in a program to discover what kind of support is needed to be more efficient.
No everyone will participate, so you need to have something to catch the eye.
Its where employees can help improve company performance and gain insight to get going in the right direction or you can starting building a platform to help you get to your goals.
