Easy expense reporting and automatically creates expense reminders every time I use the card so that I don't forget. I am saving time on Fyle and stress less about forgetting about unreported expenses.

I love how it has a straightforward process to add your expenses and create reports; secondly, uploading our bills/receipts automatically extracts information from them. We don't need to input any other information. You can name each of your reports to help you stay organized and helps categorize where you spent most of your money.

It only acknowledges you by email; it would also be great to send notifications by text. The expense section doesn't show how much money you have left from your budget; it could be helpful if they could add that feature.

It shows how much office expense I had each year and then helps reimburse the same from my employer.

Fyle is great because it has an easy-to-use app that can be integrated with slack as well. Customizable and easy to learn for people that have been using other platforms

I have not been using this app very long but I have not found anything i dislike about Fyle yet.

Ease of use - getting reimbursed for any work-related expenditures

Makes submitting my expenses fast and easy with intuitive UI and Slack integration. Also allows me to snap a picture with my iPhone and submit via text...huge time saver.

I wish we would have replaced Expensify with Fyle earlier.

They are constantly listening to their users and asking for input to improve the platform. Great team to have on your side!

Expense reporting and reimbursement submission/approval at scale.

It's so easy to use. The ability to just text photos of your receipts is incredibly convenient and leads to far fewer missed receipts.

Some of the filtering during expense review is not intuitive. Specifically, as an employee i'd like to filter to only see expenses that I have filed for reimbursement and I have had a hard time figuring this out.

I like that Fyle will send immediate phone notifications to let you know that you have a new expense, and you can immediately log that expense after purchase.

The batching option with the camera can be difficult to navigate if you're not used to batching expenses with multiple snaps of receipts.

The thing I like best about Fyle is probably its gmail integration.

There have been a couple of times when the website has been unresponsive....even for a day or two. I should say not the entire site, but certain pages that I was trying to access.

As a startup moving into a more mature phase of our business, it's important that we track expenses and that the tool we use be easy for our employees. Fortunately for us, Fyle does both.

Fyle keeps finance tracking simple. I love the text I get sent to my phone immediately after purchases and being able to upload photos of receipts immediately. Not having to hold on to receipts is a game changer.

Adding multiple photos of receipts to a single expense is not as efficient as it could be. You have to add a photo, go back to the expense, click "add", fo back and select the next photo, etc. I wish you could add multiple photos at once.

Employees no longer have to hold on to batches of receipts and are able to code their own receipts as expenses are added.
