I love how it has a straightforward process to add your expenses and create reports; secondly, uploading our bills/receipts automatically extracts information from them. We don't need to input any other information. You can name each of your reports to help you stay organized and helps categorize where you spent most of your money.
It only acknowledges you by email; it would also be great to send notifications by text. The expense section doesn't show how much money you have left from your budget; it could be helpful if they could add that feature.
It shows how much office expense I had each year and then helps reimburse the same from my employer.

Some of the filtering during expense review is not intuitive. Specifically, as an employee i'd like to filter to only see expenses that I have filed for reimbursement and I have had a hard time figuring this out.

The thing I like best about Fyle is probably its gmail integration.
There have been a couple of times when the website has been unresponsive....even for a day or two. I should say not the entire site, but certain pages that I was trying to access.

Fyle keeps finance tracking simple. I love the text I get sent to my phone immediately after purchases and being able to upload photos of receipts immediately. Not having to hold on to receipts is a game changer.
Adding multiple photos of receipts to a single expense is not as efficient as it could be. You have to add a photo, go back to the expense, click "add", fo back and select the next photo, etc. I wish you could add multiple photos at once.
Employees no longer have to hold on to batches of receipts and are able to code their own receipts as expenses are added.
