I appreciate how FuseBase keeps our projects in line. It's user-friendly, which is a big plus for our team. The ability to tweak it to our needs is really useful. Plus, I feel confident about the security, especially when handling sensitive client data.
Waiting for the dark mode in the new version
FuseBase has definitely made managing our projects and deadlines smoother. We're more organized, and it's streamlined how we handle our workload. While it's not without its flaws, it's been a useful tool in our day-to-day operations, particularly in managing tasks related to our clients.
Few SaaS solutions impress me anymore. But FuseBase stands out for its extraordinarily clean consolidation of all our disjointed systems into unified hubs. The interconnected platforms for client deliverables, communication, and project management are remarkably seamless.
Nothing much, waiting for new versions!!
"Previously, managing workflows across our matrixed structure gave me migraines. With it, I finally have real-time visibility into team productivity, resource allocation, and budgets. This insight allows me to make optimal data-driven decisions about strategy, operations and costs.
Even more impressive is the feedback from clients. They like working via portals. It seems easier for them and for us too to have such a channel for collaboration and communication. "
The client portal has been pretty handy. It's great for showing off our project ideas in a neat way, and getting quick feedback from clients has sped up our work. The discussion areas are a hit too – they make chatting with clients more lively and fun.
I like everything, nothing to complain about atm.
FuseBase has made our client chats and project tracking a lot easier, which is a big deal in the busy marketing world. Sharing our work and getting thoughts back from clients is simpler and quicker now. It's also given our agency a more polished look.
It has been invaluable for helping me deliver a professional service. The ability to give each client a branded portal for their program materials, exercises, messaging, and tracking has leveled up their experience tremendously.
Working on small projects, I don't need so wide functionality the tool offers. But ignoring what I don't use, the core features I leverage daily have been great.
Having the professional portals has grown my credibility that's invaluable for me. I never realized how much branded presentation impacts perceived competence, until this tool helped me level up my delivery.
My top features:
1) Fast and reliable sync. ( Using the same note on several devices caused a lot of bugs in Evernote)
2) Version history (delivered last week, yaaay!!!)
3) Toggle feature. (Omg, how long i waited for this. I think notion forced this feature on the world)
What to dislike here. Cheaper, more feature-rich, easier to use Evernote alternative.
Personal note-keeping, Nonprofit management, Internal Wiki, Document sharing one-page note publishing for our kids-related work.
FuseBase (formerly Nimbus) is a game-changer in the world of note-taking and organization. The web capture feature is amazing and the client portals provide practicality for daily usage, making it a valuable tool for managing work and communication within a team. I mostly use Nimbus note by using clipper and also I like AI Assistant.
One area that could be improved is the speed, as it previously hindered usability.
They recently rebranded and learning curve is really very when using new features like client portal.
I bought Nimbusweb through appsumo and recently I try to use client portal. It looks good but it takes huge amount of time to learn them. And also they need to improve loading speed of the app.
The best part of Nimbus Notes is that the platform is constantly evolving and improving. I'm pretty spread out in terms of my commitments (digital marketing 9-5 job, three side hustles & currently wrapping up my MBA) and Nimbus provides more than adequate structure/organization and helps me make sense of everything in my life.
The only downside that comes to mind really isn't a downside, but the platform has so much to offer - it's like the Salesforce of notes, such that if you can dream it you can do it with Nimbus!
Nimbus provides an excellent way for me to keep my automotive dealership clients up-to-speed with the flurry of ideas that I have in terms of improving their digital presence.
What I love about this tool is how it finally consolidated the mass of fragmented tools our teams relied on into one wonderfully simple platform. Having centralized hubs for each client engagement makes collaborating and accessing projects a breeze compared to the past chaos of toggling between siloed apps and channels.
There's nothing I really dislike about it.
It solves my perpetual stress around coordinating resources across functions and providing visibility into budgets, timelines, roadblocks and productivity. By integrating all collaboration into connected platforms, it gives me oversight to make data-driven decisions about optimizing workflows, resources and costs.
What I love most about this tool is the ability to handle every client touchpoint in one place. In my work, client communication and project management are everything. It allows me to share files, give status updates, track tasks, and get approvals through integrated portals tailored to each client. No more hopping between platforms.
It can sometimes be clunky for formatting longer documents. But overall the consolidated editor simplifies collaborating with clients on deliverables into a single workflow.
This tool solves my biggest problem - streamlining collaboration. Having one hub to manage each engagement enhances my productivity and oversight tremendously. I can progress work more quickly, provide transparency to clients, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Not bad. Didn't have problems with FuseBase
