FunnelFlare has almost all of the "must have" features of it's big sister Active Demand: Campaigns, power dialer, tracking, social media integration.
There is also a great chrome extension that brings the powerdialer right into any web-based CRM, contact, or email program. We use it with Nimble and Outlook.
The best feature is the fast and friendly support!
There's only one landing page supported (for appointment setting) and no webinar integration (big sister Active Demand only supports integration with GoTo Webinar, so we're not really missing THAT.)
Sales empowerment ... giving sales tools to follow up with prospects in a way that is coordinated with email and social media communication.
The connection with our CRM means I can interact directly with our prospects and clients, saving time and no app switching to engage by phone or email. The recent integration with Linkedin is particularly good for outbound prospecting.
Not so much to dislike with it. You will need a plan when building the automations
If you are sending the same or similar messages over-and-over again to prospects, then FunnelFLARE will save you lots of time.
Quickly identifying hot prospects and the ability to engage with them using both automated workflows and template emails, SMS and pre-recorded voicemails.

If I had to mention a minor complaint, It would be that some of the features take a little time to learn and setup.

Setting up for campaigns and mapping was an easy, quick process. I was also impressed with contact and sales management and contact segmentation.
Experienced some compatibility issues but it was a small hurdle.

There are benefits like dialing faster to reach out to clients, email automation for time management, and the most beneficial real-time tracking of behavior of clients through engagement with emails.
I thought it had a nice dashboard, which made it a pleasure to use.
I thought there were some unnecessary features and it could be better without them.
This helped me make significant volume calls throughout the day with the ability to update notes easily.
Funnel flare is really quick to setup, and didnt take too long to get setup. There was some initial confusion importing data but I eventually was able to work my way around it.
The program seems super limited in scope. It feels like they built their software for one specific use case only and after getting setup we realized it wasn't going to work for what we wanted to do.
Quick way to talk to customers but unfortunately it's not the best solution for us. Everytime I made a call it would show up as "scam likely" and I actually didn't get a single conversion using their software.
