Invoicing and being a program that is effective in helping productivity in the shop. There is a lot of stuff to learn and it is a program that with help can be great to use.

Also- our accountant loves it! Supports a good day to day operation and also allows detailed reporting for better historical views and future plannning.
We love all there is about Fullbay!There is nothing that is on my dislike list from Fullbay other than they dont offer mechanics and billing staff. That would be great! If only they could send some help our way!
Great parts inventory tracking. The invoice process is simple. Adding new clients and showing them that they can use our software to help track their fleet is a huge benefit.
Fullbay provides a great structure for management to create orders, be aware of how the market is going in trucking repair services, it is innovative. As an accountant it is great that I get to have all transferred to Quickbooks automatically and accuratly.
Fullbay is a great software which has small opportunities for improvement such as bugs that come on the way or some options for search and updated that would make the process easier and faster

How to see reporting better.
It is designed for repair shops, thus they understand what we need. And when something doesn't work, you know that somewhere down the line one of the updates will fix it, you can count on it. We also like that it is very customizable, as shops have different needs and processes.
We are in Canada, and it definitely feels like they cater to American shops more, which I understand, them being an American company. For instance, with the different tax systems Canada has, we have to get VERY creative to make it work, which sometimes leads to using more paper and more time spent on invoicing customers.
Being able to track work on customers' units has been a blessing. Going back and easily finding work done to a specific vehicle assists with finding part numbers quicker and understanding the history of the vehicle as a whole even before the unit comes in the shop. Furthermore, inventory tracking is really easy and straight forward and you can make it as intricate or as simple as you need it to be. We never miss vendor invoices anymore and tracking returns to vendors saves money that was easily lost in the past.
We all know switching software systems is a scary major decision, especially a system that handles all aspects of your business.
After reviewing many of the software systems available and talking with other shops given as references we chose Fullbay & I must admit we were a little scared of making the change.
We were using a very well know automotive system for the last 15 years. When we notified them we were leaving they informed us that we would need to purchase a progrem from them for $30,000 to be able to extract our parts inventory, part info history and service history.
The team at Fullbay were amazing at assisting us working literally around the clock recovering our history, inventory and data out or the old system before our license with them expired and all was permanently lost.
Fasterer response to phone technical support would be nice.
We have been on Fullbay for 6 months now and are wishing we had made the change sooner. Our technicians love the anywhere access from thier phones, easy to track work in process and profitability of the service and parts departments, and the accounting integrating easily with quickbooks all are great.
I love how easy it is to learn. I also love how if you are hung up on something they have all the training videos at your fingertips to refer back to. My fullbay rep is also very responsive to any of my questions that I cant figure out on my own.
At this time I cant say anything bad about fullbay.

Our shop has been using Fullbay since March 2016.
From the get go, it's made the office staff & tech staff lives easier. There were many times we would reach out, say can you do this for us? It would make a world of difference. And it was done. Things take a little more time now, but that's to be expected with all the growth Fullbay has had in the last few years. Our customers love the customer portal. They joke, we are like a doctor's office.
The reports help tremendously with inventory, our financial planning & payroll.
We highly recommend Fullbay to anyone who may be on the fence. You won't regret the purchase.
The schedule still needs some tweaking. We are aware it's being worked on, so we will have patience!
