What do you like best about FrontSpin?

It is best in all aspecta but what i liked most is Streamline workflow and increase quality lead generation with account-based Playbooks. Set priority call and email lists, cadence, message delivery and social communication.

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

Some time you can not see data which you saved but it is completely recoverable. Software will get slow sometimes.. Need to work on interfaces and data management

Outside of making phone calls and emails, FrontSpin also allows you to use Social steps in your playbooks. With FrontSpin SMS, you can quickly read and respond to incoming SMS messages and have them automatically logged to FrontSpin & your CRM.

What do you like best about FrontSpin?

Frontspin is an exceptional tool that has completely transformed lead generation and the SDR role. With its incredible feature set and user-friendly interface, it has become one of the best solutions in the market. The technical support provided by Frontspin is unmatched. I was blown away by their responsiveness and willingness to provide hands-on assistance to help me set up my entire system and integrate it with Salesforce.

The one significant issue that pestered us was that during power dialing, Frontspin only dialed one number on the call record, disregarding the rest of the listed numbers. We would love to use this function, but not hitting all the numbers is no good.

I would say having one down fall is not bad compared to all the other tools in the market!

Frontspin helped me with many things. The biggest was getting everything setup from the ground up when I started my business. I had no idea how to get things properly integrated and running and they had no problem spending hours on in with me to ensure it worked just as we needed it to.

Frontspin has the most user-friendly interface. It helped me a lot, especially when taking calls, I never had any problems. It made my life easier eversince the day I started.

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

So far, so good; it has never failed me since day one. It is one of the best tools for sales that I can recommend to my friends and colleague. I never had any regrets about using this tool.

What do you like best about FrontSpin?

For a team of 8 BDRs in North America and EMEA FrontSpin was the best fit out of (3) technologies we demoed (up against Salesforce's Lightning Dialer and Orum Power + Parallel dialing). FrontSpin's admin functionality is good, since I can load email sequences and call lists for the reps in the same tool with Salesforce reports. In 30 days this team 4x their outbound call and email volume, plus our Salesforce data entry is better and faster.

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

The setup does take some time, so if you're doing the implementation as an Inside Sales Manager or Sales ops person make sure your team knows you'll need the space to do this right.

What problems is FrontSpin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calling IT Managers, Directors, VPs of Information Technology, and Data Center engineers/ IT budget holders. These folks can be difficult to get ahold of; with manual dialing you may only talk to 2 prospects per day. With the FrontSpin dialer we could talk to 10-15 prospects per day. The BDR still has to warm up, be relevant/ contextual, and convert the calls in to interest, then interest into meetings.

What do you like best about FrontSpin?

I was in search of an autodialer to accelerate my outbound outreach as a one-man shop dialing numbers off spreadsheets. When looking for an autodialer I came across a few options. FrontSpin's ease of use won that competition hands down. FrontSpin includes more functionality for less money than PhoneBurner, one of its competitors. You get a softphone by default with FrontSpin. While they recommend using the softphone over a hard-wired internet connection, I've had success using it with Bluetooth headphones over a Wi-Fi connection that is only being used by FrontSpin. If I have something else streaming, the connection can be questionable.

Perhaps my favorite FrontSpin feature is the voicemail drop. It automates one of the most repetitive tasks involved in this job. You can pre-record voicemails and drop them after the beep to leave a message without you needing to be on the call still. This saves valuable seconds on each call, adding up to a ton of saved time throughout the day. Another exciting feature of FrontSpin is how you can create playbooks. Playbooks queue leads to be called a certain number of days apart, setting up a cadence for outreach. I have mine set to a total of 5 contact attempts, scheduled 5 business days apart.

I've also been pleasantly surprised by how nice FrontSpin is to use as a makeshift CRM. I love the contact history that shows call dispositions, call recordings, and days between contact attempts all in one place. I do not have Salesforce or another CRM already, so FrontSpin has allowed me to create a comprehensive, searchable database of all of my lead. No longer do I have to switch between spreadsheets to find where a lead came from.

On top of all that, FrontSpin support has humans you can actually speak to when you have a problem. A rare and treasured thing in this day in age.

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

The useless notifications tab. I don't have a Salesforce account so my notifications tab is nothing but Salesforce connection errors. It's definitely a bug of some type. Luckily FrontSpin's main functionality doesn't seem to be impacted by bugs.

I'm solving the problem of dialing slowly, with much inertia, using manual methods. So far I have been able to reach out to more people in less time, resulting in more meetings per week.

Salesforce can be slower in calling environments... FrontSpin bridges that gap. Starring at screens all day can be difficult but their UI is easy on the eyes. Integrates well.

Fast, Efficient calling capacity. FS does really well with managing playbooks for prospecting, dispositions etc.

A lot of sales reps are focused on research when the majority of info can be found out through conversation. This program encourages you to be a better sales person.

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

I wish the system required you to send out test emails before auto emails go live. Ive made mistakes and often I dont find out until a customer tells me about it.
