Before Frizbit, we were not engaging with our customers apart from sending bulk newsletters bi-weekly. These emails were bringing some of our users back to website but the retention rate was too low in general. With Frizbit, we build targetted, automated and personalized e-mail, text message, web push notification campaigns at the each step of our customer journey. The results are amazing. There are couple of things that we leverage the most in Frizbit platform but the amount of the personalization tags are available in the platform gives us a lot of room for marketing oppurtunities.
Even though the platform has an intuitive user interface to begin with, their documentation can be improved to help more for custom cases.

SMS coverage is really good probably worldwide but for some countries the title of the sender(sender ID) is not changeable. Not sure if they can fix that.
When you are writing your text messages, leave some space to mention your company title. As a said before, Sender IDs are not always supported in some countries.

Automated and personalized SMS has a lot more conversion rates then any other channels that we tried. Even though sending SMS can be expensive, but it's really effective if you use it properly.
Webhook campaings are the best. You can basically integrate with any services to make them automated based on your customers' behaviour on your website.
Integrating with other services sometimes time consuming and can be cumbersome. Frizbit could provide some webhook templates for well known services such as mailchimp or twilio.
If you don't find something on documentation, send an email. They are responding quite fast to help you.
Actually at first, we decided to try Webpush notifications in order to increase our conversion rates. But later we discover Webhook campaign offering of Frizbit marketing platform. Their product is capable of so many ways to personalize the notification. Most of the time, you can set an automated notification and forget the rest. It'll work autonomously to increase the conversion rates.
They are not supporting mobile notifications for now. So, if you have mobile app, then it means you need two different solutions.
