What do you like best?

Automated and personalized web push notification.

What do you dislike?

They still don't have mobile app push notification.

We benefit using personalization tags. Now almost all of our campaigns include personalization tags. Setting them up might be a bit cumbersome, but the end results are magnificent.

Frizbit is a key platform to increase our customer engagement through different channels. We use multi-channel targeted and personalized marketing campaigns in order to increase retention for cases such as card abandonment, product discovery, up-selling.

Almost unlimited personalization options.

What do you dislike?

Integration with GTM took time, due to missing tags on our side.

Before integrating your platform to Frizbit, be sure your GTM tags are ready.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before Frizbit, we were not engaging with our customers apart from sending bulk newsletters bi-weekly. These emails were bringing some of our users back to website but the retention rate was too low in general. With Frizbit, we build targetted, automated and personalized e-mail, text message, web push notification campaigns at the each step of our customer journey. The results are amazing. Our retention rate was never high like this. Now we are only tweaking some campaigns and running more multivariate tests to optimize our campaings.

What do you like best?

We benefit extensively from personalization tags. It provides almost unlimited opportunities for marketing.

What do you dislike?

They don't provide mobile push notification.

When we pick a platform, most of the time we don't focus the details. Sometimes there are features that you don't think how important it is to have until you encounter with a certain situation. In our case, it was the time when we found out "Frequency Caps". Frizbit provides a lot of configuration for frequency caps, be aware of them, use them almost for all automated campaigns.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Frizbit to run all kind of marketing campaings from sending bulk email newsletter, targeted webpush or email sale campaigns to personalized and automated campaigns which are triggered by real time customers actions. In our case, Frizbit provides us everything to personalize the customer journey. We saw that our customers engaged more increasing CTR and conversion rates with the campaigns after we started to use personalization and automation.

What do you like best?

There are couple of things that we leverage the most in Frizbit platform but the amount of the personalization tags are available in the platform gives us a lot of room for marketing oppurtunities.

What do you dislike?

Even though the platform has an intuitive user interface to begin with, their documentation can be improved to help more for custom cases.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you just want to send your marketing campaigns bulk then maybe Frizbit is not the best choice out there as it'll be more expensive compare to other solutions. But if you want to improve your marketing communications by using targeted, personalized and automated campaigns then you should definitely consider Frizbit as an option 1.

We use Frizbit to offer marketing automation to our customers. Most of our customers are in e-commerce industry which they can target their customer based on their behaviour on the website. By using Frizbit, we target, automate and personalize marketing communications on different channels which include Email, SMS and Web push notification. By setting up targeted and personalized campaigns, we saw up-to 11% increase in revenue.

What do you like best?

There are so many things that I love about Frizbit. Some of them are:

- Setting up campaigns and segmentations has never been easier

- The flexibility we have with creating our own personalization templates for non-technical users

- Preview options for campaign supports almost all platform

- Targeting capabilities and segment exploration

- Frequency capping options per campaign

What do you dislike?

A lot of features are still in beta as they are investing quite a lot in the development. Therefore, sometimes it might not work as expected.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Their team is very responsive. If you have any doubts while setting up a campaign, do not hesitate to send an email. In our case, we got a lot of good campaign tips&tricks to target our customers much better.

We use Frizbit to automate our marketing campaigns. We use Email, SMS and web push channels to communicate with our user base automatically when they take certain actions in our platform. Overall, we'd like to provide a personalized experience as much as possible to our end users.

Moreover, we have customers from different regions of the world whom speak different languages. It's crucial for us to send marketing messages in their own language at the day time depending on their timezone. With Frizbit, we are able to do these kind of multi-region&language campaigns fully automated.

"Simple but very effective (and also affordable) solution to re-engage visitors"
What do you like best?

It is quite easy to install and start using Frizbit. You can install the solution simply by adding js codes to your website directly. Even for sending ecommerce and product info you just send everything on js, you don't need a product feed xml. You can activate all your campaigns in a single day.

The solution is very affordable for an advanced suite which offers automation of emails, sms and push notifications.

What do you dislike?

Their advanced hyper-personalisation features are in beta and you need to contact the support to have it whitelisted for you.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

More affordable solution as they don't charge per number of email contacts.

We were able to set-up triggered email and push notification campaigns with personalised offers such as remarketing campaigns. As a result, we were able to retain our users after they abandon our website, much more cost-effective than remarketing ads.

"Great platform to understand your customers behaviour and target them"
What do you like best?

We like personalized and automated web push notification with many segmentation options the most.

What do you dislike?

It lacks some functions such as data tracking within the social media area.

The integration between Wordpress and Frizbit is highly recommended via their Wordpress & Woocommerce plugin to ensure that marketing data tracking and intelligence is being applied correctly to each process.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

After testing Frizbit on our Wordpress website, we use it for the improving of our sales funnels and their analysis, as well as conversion and click through rates. We use web push notifications which are fully customized to target some segment when a user take some action on our website.

Frizbit has the advantage that it allows us to get users' behaviour data from our website as accurate as possible. Having the behavioral data helps us to able to identify, based on different patterns, the most important figures within each information collection process that we execute. These information and knowledge that we gather from our data then is being used to target our customers using automated and personalized web push notifications to increase our campaign performance.

"Automated text messages marketing is really effective"
What do you like best?

Creating, launching and managing automated and personalized SMS marketing campaigns.

What do you dislike?

SMS coverage is really good probably worldwide but for some countries the title of the sender(sender ID) is not changeable. Not sure if they can fix that.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

When you are writing your text messages, leave some space to mention your company title. As a said before, Sender IDs are not always supported in some countries.

We use Frizbit's text messages campaigns which helps us to get our message through, connect with our users and grow revenue at the same time. Automated and personalized SMS has a lot more conversion rates then any other channels that we tried. Even though sending SMS can be expensive, but it's really effective if you use it properly.

"Webhook campaign is gamechanger"
What do you like best?

Webhook campaings are the best. You can basically integrate with any services to make them automated based on your customers' behaviour on your website.

What do you dislike?

Integrating with other services sometimes time consuming and can be cumbersome. Frizbit could provide some webhook templates for well known services such as mailchimp or twilio.

If you don't find something on documentation, send an email. They are responding quite fast to help you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Actually at first, we decided to try Webpush notifications in order to increase our conversion rates. But later we discover Webhook campaign offering of Frizbit marketing platform. With webhook campaigns, we can basically integrate any other platform to perform marketing and sales. Therefore, Frizbit right now is at the core of our data collection and automating. Our use case might not be usual for other marketeers but it definitely proves Frizbit has some strong triggering & automation technology.

What do you like best?

Their product is capable of so many ways to personalize the notification. Most of the time, you can set an automated notification and forget the rest. It'll work autonomously to increase the conversion rates.

What do you dislike?

They are not supporting mobile notifications for now. So, if you have mobile app, then it means you need two different solutions.

We realized the bottlenecks in our web funnel. With Frizbit, in the each step of our funnel, we define set of automated campaigns so that we can remind their actions in our website. Eventually, it helps us to bring our customer back to their funnel.
