Fringe is one of my favorite benefits offered by my employer because I have the freedom to apply it to my life however I see fit. I am not locked into one specific thing - I have the option to choose monthly what I would like to do with my points. This gives me the flexibility to try a new workout class, order groceries delivered to my door when I am ill, chip away at my student loans, etc. It is such a versatile platform, and it has enabled me to try a lot of new things that I likely would not have without the program. It is easy to use and efficient (when I redeem my points, I receive my requested product/service almost immediately). I love that they came out with the app - makes it super easy to browse and redeem. The Fringe team is also very communicative - sending reminders and cosistent emails about new products/services on the platform.
Truthfully, I do not really see a downside about Fringe. When I use my points on the app, there are no elements that I feel are missing or that would greatly improve my experience. I am very satisfied with the platform!
I would say the problem was finding a benefit that served a wide range of individuals (employees). This platform solves that problem (for the employer) by offering flexibility and options for employees to select what fits their needs. I benefit from this because I am not locked into a benefit that I do not find value in or I do not use; I have the freedom to choose what I do with these points. It is great!!

The ease of use and the variety of choices Fringe offers make all my employees happy. I hear great reviews from employees from time to time tell me that this perk hits all the employees and their families. It has something for everyone. I love how collaborative, engaged, and responsive the Fringe staff is and always willing to go above and beyond to serve the clients' needs.
The only feedback I have is to expand the vendor selection a bit more and perhaps send frequent nudges to the users who have accumulated points, to use their points.
It is very self-sufficient and requires very little system management. As I said, it has something for everyone, and I do not have to sign people up individually for what they need. They have the freedom to choose services of their liking.

Fringe surprised me quite a bit! I knew it was a company benefit, however didn't pay much attention to it until towards the end of this year. Then I logged in and realized that I was able to purchase so many of my family's holiday gifts at NO COST through Fringe! What an amazing way to thank your employees for working hard. Not only did my Fringe points pay for a family air bnb vacation, I also purchased REI gift cards for my husband and son, a GPS tracking dog collar with a 1 year membership for our pup, purchased a pack of face masks for my girls trip coming up, and I still have points left to gift myself a little spa day. It was so easy to use, and the options are endless. Fantastic! Thank you Fringe!
There isn't much I dislike about Fringe, in all honesty. My only very small thing is that my normal salon and spa is not a part of the spa package offerings! But that is most likely not a Fringe thing, but more my local spa.
Fringe is a fantastic way to thank employees and boost the employee recognition benefits for our company. We as employees work very hard, and Fringe is a great way to say thank you. Our employees can now focus less on "watching their dollars" and more time enjoying Fringe benefits!

I love the options and "pricing" for the points to exchange. Fringe offers several amazing options that fit anyones lifestyle or interests and hobbies. Thier offering allowed me to "splurge" on items I probably would have never bought myself, even if I wanted them. For example, I used my points to get DNA tests from Wisdom Panel for all 3 of my dogs, and I still had points left over! I love how simple, quick, and easy it is to redeem points, and how they never expire. You can use them as soon as you earn them, or save them up for something special. Fringe also feels super generous. The amount of points I get each month, compared to the "cost" to redeem items is amazing. It really feels like I get to splurge on myself when I redeem them. The quality of options to redeem points for is top notch, and they are so welcoming to feedback and suggestions for other options. I love that! It was super easy to find the contact for customer support and send them my recommendations. There was even an link for it on thier FAQ, which made it super easy, and felt like they truly wanted my personal input.
I honestly have not found a downside yet. I have been using Fringe since March of this year, and have redeemed points at least 4 different times, after saving my points for specific uses/items to redeem. Every singe transaction has been seamless and easy. No issues. The only complaint I have is really more of a personal nitpick. There are a few options I would love to see listed on Fringe, but I am sure it is a matter of time. They are constantly adding new listings, and are very open to feedback on what their consumers would like to see.
Fringe is allowing me to actually use my benefits to splurge on myself when I otherwise wouln't.
Representatives at Fringe are always quick to respond. Additionally, they have a decent amount of really great offerings! Thanks to Fringe, at one point I saved enough of my points to take my daughter to Disneyland!
It sounds like they're now offering training for admins to onboard new employees without having to reach out. that was my only complaint.

I love Fringe beacuse I can easily exchange points with my friends at my job. I also the fact that it works for on getting flights. This is really good to have in the work place it helps to motive the workers in a positive way.
I Dislike that I can't use it to buy gas lol, I would love if it works for gas stations too.

Giving employees the extra benefits and perks they deserve! Perks that are actually beneficial and usable... It motivates me to elevate my performance week in and week out to receive such an incentive. I've used fringe points already in my first 3 months at DoorDash and Airbnb.
