PROS: Freshteam makes working like a walk in the park. On its user interface, we can access an applicant's full information. It really is a one-stop-shop platform that saves time and makes the process faster and more convenient for our HR.
CONS: This platform is all that I need for work. There is nothing I don't like about it.

PROS: With Freshteam, I can promote the company in various channels that enable me to find potential candidates so I won't miss out on finding the best one. And that is what I love about the app. Freshteam features are very functional which are very helpful when it comes to the recruitment process. It makes our job postings easy and convenient, especially the feature that helps filter out job candidates, and their contact details. Also, it's archiving system is best when storing and saving various data for later use.

PROS: Freshteam is an efficient tool to manage candidates. It makes my job a lot easier since it automates the tasks that I used to do manually like scheduling interviews, documenting feedbacks, and collecting and digitally organizing the documentary requirements of our candidates.
CONS: I'm noticing a totally fixable issue on auto-scheduling and mailing. It did send a notification to the wrong candidate a couple of times. I'm also really looking forward to having the Freshteam app linked to our website for an optimal experience.
PROS: This software has revolutionary features that definitely leveled up my company's recruitment process -- from creating job offers to selecting the most fitting candidate. It allows me to post job offers to various channels which also helps in promoting our company. The software has customizable templates that aid in filtering out applicants based on our company's needs. It also neatly organizes and archives information which makes it easier for us to browse through our candidate pool and contact potential employees.
CONS: While I am satisfied with the current features of Freshteam, I do believe that it can still be further optimized and updated as HR management trends continuously evolve.
PROS: I'm happy to know that the customization level and other options are available. We currently have a small international team. Fortunately, everyone in that team can figure things out and work together. I like the fact that it's affordable while giving the user a ton of options and freedom.
CONS: It's not because I hate usng it. But it'd be nice it has multilingual support. While automated labels, field names, and button labels can be edited, I would be grateful if the whole career site can converted into another language.

The most helpful feature is the generation of reports. We're able to track the entire recruitment cycle of a candidate on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. The entire process is just automated and once you set up the key attributes you require in your reports thats it. You are free to customize the criteria and then the mail is automated based on your desired timeline.
One downside of the tool is that there are a number of bugs which keeps on occuring showing an error. though these are not very frequent but they act as a setback for a fast paced hiring environment. There also is this occur which has been very frequent in the past few months i.e. once you draft a mail to the candidate and send it across the page shows an error 404. Though it shows an error yet the mail is sent to the candidate. At times the same mail is sent twice to the candidate. This is a major drawback in the software as the experience is not smooth enough.
Freshteams helps us in tracking and maintaing a surplus amount of candidates for a particular job opening. This way we're able to receive and manage a huge number of applications for the role which in return helps us to identify the best candidates among the pool. The parsing feature automatically picks up the details ont he resume and auto fills the Name,number,email and the key highlights of the candidate's resume. This helps us to quickly asses the candidates and choose the best among the pool. The time invested on each and every profile is less as compared to the traditional way. Thus impovising our productivity. Also, if we found some good candidates for whom we do not have an immediate requirement but might need in near future. Through fresteam we're able to label and save the candidates resume as a talent pool. A backup full of quality candidates indeed.
