"Great Service and Fantastic UI"

What do you like best about Freshping by Freshworks?

Freshping is quick to set up and very easy to use. It also has excellent configuration options. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to monitor their websites and server performance.

What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?

There's nothing I dislike, but for me, using the term 'checks' in the features list was a tad ambiguous. Maybe add the word domains in brackets?

I use Freshping to monitor uptime mainly.

What do you like best about Freshping by Freshworks?

I like how easy it is to setup and deploy along with the fact it integrates with other Fresworks products. It's also nice there is still a free tier. Great product!

I would like to see expanded support and more customization.

It allows me to monitor my and my clients wesbites while integrating with their other products to automtically create tickets for technicians.

This was very easy to set up and it works very well.

What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?

Limited options on the free plan. A simple scheduled checks feature would be great, as we pull the server down every other day for 1 hour to do a backup and it always triggers an outage notification.

It monitors the web services continually so our agents can focus on user support.
