Fresh Desk Ticket System
What do you like best about Freshdesk?
Very easy to use! It was already in use before I started but I have found it to handle all of our ticketing needs. Our team can easily submit tickets via email for assistance and the ability to communicate via email make the process very quick. When I have had questions or needed help, the Customer Support team has been very responsive and easy to work with. They are able to connect to the system and assist with questions I may have.

Some of the settings can be a bit confusing.

Freshdesk - Our always available multi-channel manager
What do you like best about Freshdesk?
Over the past few years, using Freshdesk has allowed us to manage our emails and social media chats in once place. We are able to tag and manage all our crticials communications and add automation tools when we experience spikes. The Freshdesk ecosystem is great, and we also make use of Freshchat that blends seamlessly with our ecosystem of applications. If you require support with anything you can drop their support team an email and they usually respond within a few hours with some troubleshooting and the option to send them screenshots/video clips so that they can better resolve your issue.
What do you dislike about Freshdesk?
Currently no dislikes of Freshdesk, once you use it, you'll realise what an amazing benefit it is.
What problems is Freshdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to bring support and communication management into the Freshworks ecosystem with Freshdesk and Freshchat that covers multiple channels and allows our entire team to work on every single day.

.Easy access to daily, weekly, monthly reports and databases through this I am able to track the performances of the agents which help me to pull out agents who are lacking

Ticketing system needs to be automated as the agent and ame manually checking the tickets which resembles the same so could have merge automatically into one so it will save time

Freshdesk staff is very professional and helpful.
What do you like best about Freshdesk?
First of all, Freshdesk staff is polite, professional and always helpful. They are very punctual with resolving issues, and when they say the issue is fixed, it very likely is. It does not take them long at all to get to work on your request or issue.
What do you dislike about Freshdesk?
One thing that caused some slight conflict is that the tech I was working with, seemed to think of me as unable to handle a basic problem. It may have been the wording I used in my request or something as I figure it was something that I said that made him think I was fairly naïve in the computer world. However, we were able to work through this and the problem was resolved in the end!
What problems is Freshdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses the Freshdesk helpdesk to stay organized with requests for our non-profit organization. After a recent update, Freshdesk failed to work in IE 11. My request involved this issue and they were able to get it resolved.
