The ease of use throughout the entire platform is unreal. Freightview has the best customer support should anything go wrong, and they are always quick for any resolution. Using freightview every single day, I enjoy that I can rely on this platform for up to date tracking, accurate quoting, and easy billing.

I can't say there is anything I dislike about freightview.

We no longer have to go through multiple websites to log in and get rates, everything is brought together neatly and organized on one platform.

I really like the spot quote request function because it gives us the ability to submit a freight quote request via email to as many different email recipients as you wish, with a single click.

The Bill Of Lading created in freightview does not have fields for the freight's receiver to write their name and sign as proof that they have received the shipment.

Freighview has eliminated having to contact different transport companies through different means of communication such as emails, telephone, websites, etc...

The analytics is the one of the best parts of them software. It makes working with freight reps on rates very easy.

There is a small cost to the system that grows at levels.

Keepping all of our LTL and FTL shipment data in one easy to access place.

The system over all is very easy to use, and faster than you might think. We ship daily and my last concern is how much time I need to process the shipments. Quote, select carrier, fill in shipment details, schedule pick up, and print paperwork. That's all there is to it, and it flows from one step to the next with few hiccups. When there is a problem, the team is always there and able to help out. Add auditing to the mix, and you have the total package.

I'm not to fond of the newer Analytics function. It has it's place, but it seems to me the previous version worked better and provided the information better.

I've been using Freighview since early 2019, so it is hard to say what problems it is solving as I don't really have any. It is my one stop shop for LTL rating, shipping, and auditing.

After years of visiting mulitple sites to compare rates, we were thrilled to be introduced to Freightview. Unlike other softwares, their customer support is unsurpassed! We save thousands annually! We're also able to process and ship much more effectively!

Any downside has always been addressed quickly and permanetly fixed by their tech team.

Time management

The response time is very quick. We reached out to set up a new carrier through API by sending an email to support@freightview.com. Brenna set up the new carrier and replied in less than 15 minutes. It might have even been faster than that!

We do not have any complaints about Freightview

Finding the best value carrier for our shipments. We select our preferred carriers and they rank them by price and transist times. We also use the BOL feature.

Very simple to use and seldom I have issues.

We use ShipStation and freightview. It would be nice if freightview could do parcel as well. It also need to integrate with our Shopify store.

Would be a nice feature to have the PRO sent to end customer. Needed to do something on my own to do this.
