It keeps all of my shipping services in one place. From start to finish I can quote, track, and confirm deliveres all on one site.

It'd be super nice to have a mobile app but I carry a computer everywhere currently so I can still access it wherever I'm at.

It makes everything simple to access and helps me save time each day to keep my schedule on track.

The ease of use, being able to rate shop different carriers, and the reporting functions.

The only negative thing that we have experienced is the SW updates sometimes cause bugs in the system. The customer support team is very responsive and quickly addresses the bugs.

Being able to rate shop multiple carreires in one system. Also, reporting, being able to assing costs internally to the correct departments.

FreightPOP was willing to onboard a 3PL company they had not worked with. To do so, this involved meetings and lots of testing to make sure things were working properly.

When we need support, FreightPOP quickly responds and wants to help solve problems.

If you want to call it that, the only downside is that we use Microsoft Edge, and the software works best in Chrome. We only have found that we might need to clear the cache more.

We needed shipping software that would work with our current inventory/invoicing system and the 3PL service we use. We required the tracking and the rates to go back into our inventory/invoicing system. FreightPOP worked with us to meet these expectations.

Freightpop was a game-changer for us. It gave us a vendor-neutral place we could trust to run our LTL freight quotes, using all of our accounts at once. Integration with FreightPOP is now a key requirement for any new carrier or 3PL to get our business. The increased workflow efficiency is priceless, but the freight auditing helped management move it from a "let's try it", to a "let's keep it" application. It's easy to spot when freight bills don't match quotes, and with the comprehensive history, it's just as easy to see why and correct it. Our savings by auditing freight bills alone pays their monthly invoice with a surplus.

Being a newer entry to the field, they are disrupting some of the larger enterprise-class incumbents (at a fraction of the price). This also means there are occasionally some bugs or quirks to work through. Their technical support staff has been amazingly responsive though. They have a fast, iterative development process. Bugs I report are often fixed within days, and even "like to have" features I suggest often show up on the platform a few weeks or months later.
