It took me awhile to find that "Explore" icon is the place where I can add any of the nice templates in the same board. Other than that, I like everything else!

I am a UX Research and my job sometimes is to alight the stakeholders arounfd the insight from the research we have. One of the challenges is always make sure that any stakeholder I want to invite understand the interface. With Invision I haven't seen any propblems with that. W tried other solutions like Figma, but it was not so easy to learn

I love how easy it is to use. The UI is fantastic for quick learning. The ability to copy and paste from past designs is very beneficial. It is an excellent alternative to complete designer platforms.

I have no issues with Freehand. This feature mat exists but the option to store design components for quick adds would be beneficial. There are not any immediate problems.

As a product manager, I need to wireframe the work to better brainstorm with development and design. This makes our brainstorm phase much more productive and helps designers move ahead on full-spec work faster. In addition, I have been using this as our interim designer and development loves it.

The best quality of InVisionis the ability for all users to collaborate live with complete visibility to each other's work patterns and contributions to the boards. This visibility encourages participation by all users and enables a learning environment underpinned by sharing.

InVision is limited in terms of image editing on the platform (i.e. rotate/layers/bring to front/back/cropping etc). These simple functions will benefit design-based users who rely heavily on image-based content.

InVision has allowed the removal of front-of-house and back-of-house access for students to learning resources. The boards effectively give students 24/7 access to the classroom, allowing students to review work week to week to ensure there is continuity in learning. The InVision boards also prove an invaluable archive to enable students to catch up in their own time and learn from the process and methodologies of their peers. Students effectively become active members of the learning community in how they can teach each other.

It's extremely simple and intuitive to use. I've done live workshops with clients who have never used InVision before manage to start brainstorming with me in less than a minute.

I don't have many complaints, but navigating saved boards between multiple user accounts can become confusing. I often find myself just bookmarking boards rather than using InVisions shared folders.

1. Being able to collaborate live with coworkers and clients is lovely. It's a great way to do exercises together that might be cumbersome just using zoom.

First, all designer environment is set up on Figma, so changing the environment from Figma to Invision comes with resistance. Learning to use all of the features and tools can be challenging. Second, the software doesn't always work smoothly and can sometimes be buggy.

My teams don't use Invision much. The team prefers FigJam for similar features plus integration with the Figma prototyping tool. We are dependent on using Mural for working with enterprise clients.

Freehand by InVision provides a collaborative whiteboard space, as I can invite anyone to my freehand, we can all work together. It is a great tool for brainstorming. Also, it can be integrated with other products. Freehand is affordable.

Freehand by InVision provides limited image editing capabilities. It does not offer a lot of image editing features like the ability to rotate, crop, or layer images. It does not provide any support for vector graphics. When working on large canvases, it becomes slow many times.

Freehand by InVision provides a collaborative whiteboard space which is good point for teams or groups to work together. One can invite guests to view canvases without giving any editing permissions. Freehand automatically saves a history of the work so it is easy to see the previous versions.

I love how easy it is to make lo-fi wireframes. The wireframing tools make it so simple. The spaces feature is also great to organize files and easily reference resources

When working cross-functionally, it's hard to share work with others when they don't have access to InVision. On other platforms such as Figma - they can at least still see the designs

My team is remotely distributed, and Freehand is useful for us to virtually whiteboard and discuss ideas. I also frequently use Freehand to create wireframes to present to the team, or when a hi-fidelity prototype is not needed. This saves me a lot of time as I don't need to always use Figma

We like that Freehand provides us with a collaborative space (for us as the design team and product teams) to explore ideas in a way that is fun and low-stress. We've been using Freehand more in the last year since we've seen the value in using it for low-fidelity POCs. We like doing this because we'd prefer product teams not to have access to our Sketch files. I am excited about the new features, particularly the AI grouping of sticky notes.

There are a lot of features and integrations we don't see a use for, so I'm afraid of it becoming "too much". A big part of the reason I use Freehand is to insert screenshots for reference, and I don't like that I can't rotate them when I want to. We have also been noticing that zooming in and out from the mousepad has not been working sometimes, which is not ideal when it happens in meetings. I wish I could see from a glance which viewers are actively looking at the board, not just have it open in one of their web tabs.

For our larger projects, we have some massive Freehand boards with all of the above (wireframes, mind mapping, whiteboarding, etc.). I'd say Freehand solves the problem of bridging the gap between us as the designers and the rest of the organization. Though I don't find many other users leave comments or sticky notes on our boards (I wish they would), I will typically see them checking out the boards after I've presented to them or had a working session. It allows us the space to think through our ideas before jumping into high fidelity, which is often a temptation for us.
