It is a great free CRM database that allows you to use most features as Apto and REA. I would recommend this to anyone. This is a great software
It does not have all of the features of Apto and REA it still is a great software for someone looking for a free software.

This CRM software will do nearly everything that the paid for versions offer, however, some more sophisticated functions will need to be paid for. The fact that this software is free of charge makes choosing this CRM package is an easy choice to make
I most like the organization of my wallet of customers. To have a pipeline and can see every my customers.
Don't have many filters as Hubspot CRM. For my work it's needed use filters and health score. Currently I am a customer success manager and I need some tool more complete for to propose a better experience os my customers.
If you want a basic tool, I recommend you, but if you need to use filter more completes is better use other.

Free CRM tool for up to 100 contacts. Easy to set up and use, can import contacts from several external sources. Great CRM for little to no expense.
Free CRM is good if you have a small list of contacts that you are looking to nurture, if you start to grow you will probably outgrow this CRM rather quickly. You can upgrade plans but comparing prices may lead you elsewhere.

We utilized Free CRM for a client that had a very small office with great success. They were able to keep their sales contacts flowing and their followup organized and on schedule.
FreeCrm as the name says is free cloud CRM tool that supports up to 100 users and up to 10 MB of storage space (which is not that large), if i remember correctly it was named one of PcWorld's 15 best free services for entrepreneurs. If you own a small company and if you are not that rich this is a best freemium you can try for a while. There is also a premium package ($ 25 per user per month and up) with live support, unlimited data storage and other features.
This is open source which offers unlimited customization to represent your company the way you want it and therefore it is a nightmare to configure it, you need a professional or a team to configure CRM properly, freemium version comes without technical support and it's only free for a one year. Unfortunately the free version comes with restrictions and forcing you to take the premium packages but it is good to try it first and then decide if you want to keep it or not.
In my previous company we used it to track sales opportunities, from the initial qualifying customers (when the sales process is at the very beginning), through various sales activities (meetings, presentations, demonstrations), until the moment of contracting, which is a desirable end sales process for each sales opportunity ( sales opportunity can be closed and canceling or loss, which also should be recorded). Recording all activities, depending on their type and performance increases (or decreases) the probability of achieving sales chances.

The tool is a bit complicated for a person who is not from a tech background. You will need someone from a technical team to assist you.

We are able to do sales tracking through this software.
For really no cost this is a worthwhile CRM system to use for many biz types. Gives you great client database and tools to organize and access
limitations in certain areas and need to pay for full capability. Doesn't give integrations with certain email programs or financial software like other CRMs do. Overall the pros outweigh cons based on the price.
give it a try! I really thought it was a useful tool and would still be using it if my company was still offering it but we switched to a propreitary CRM offered by our financial marketing agency offering better integrations with our daily tasks.
this is great for those who aren't currently using a all encompassing cRM. Need better tools to organize and manage a client database and can integrate into email. Found I was able to sort and find clients/prospects very easily.
