They provide the ability to meet our requirements with the Federal Acquisition Regulation in our approval process of requisitions.

Fraxion is a very efficient procurement management system

The system is user friendly

The audit trail feature is essential, especially during audits

The fact that I can access it anywhere, granted there is internet

The dashboard that shows the expenditure analysis reports

The email alerts whenever there is an action to be done

The search function that helps with finding historical transactions and activities

Fraxion has helped in terms of streamlining the procurement processes

We used to do the procurement manually, and ever since Fraxion was implemented, our processes and service delivery has been exceptional

I love how it helped us move from our executive assistant managing all purchases to enabling the team leads to doing so. It allows our team members to be remote (we have a virtual team) and it being a SaaS solution was a requirement for us. I love how we can start small with the price per user model, and it grows with ups. We are also thinking of European expansion os the multi-currency feature is great.

It's still a bit "big" for our size, but I think we will grow into it as we are growing fast. It does mean we need to invest now in setting this system up, and implement some process around it. This is an extra burden now that Kalungi is still small, but I think it's worth it as we are growing. We are going to integrate Fraxion with Quickbooks, which I love, but they don't integrate with Hubspot yet...and that would allow me to also track spend on marketing ads. This is a minor shortcoming though.

Make sure to check out the integration with Quickbooks or your accounting software package. It will make things much easier, and the Fraxion team was working well with us to get that set up correctly.

Get spend under control. As a founder, I was losing track of who was using our reimburse credit cards to buy things, but I also did not want to create too much friction, since the team needs to be able to move fast and buy what they need to do their jobs. While our amount of transactions is still low, under about 100 per month, even those used to take up multiple steps including my time as a founder to either approve or give someone my credit card number. Now that we have Fraxion this is saving just me over 20 hours a month, and across the team probably at least 60-80 hours....with an hourly rate of at least $100/hour, that's a $5000+ savings per month, so it's a great ROI.

The amount of time used in purchasing has been greatly reduced to significantly lower time. The affordability of the software is fantastic. Also it very easy to learn how to us Fraxion Spend Management software, it takes less than a week for a person to be fully conversant with how Fraxion works.

The only thing that i dislike is the time out errors Limited. but overall Fraxion is a good software to use

I recommend Fraxion Spend Management to any company or colleague that is still doing purchases manually. This will save the company time that may be used to do something productive

Digitizing our purchasing prosses. This process used to be done manually and could not be done out of office but now even on weekends some can still work while at home with your familly.

Fraxion Spend Management supports intergration of other systems that are required and are not in the full package of this system and thus it makes you to cope up with the new trend in business by intergating with other new or crucial sysytems. This property makes the software to be a multi-purpose system and thus can do alot of activities. This special feature is just amazing and gives a new taste of what success is in business.

Also, the Fraxion Spend Management developing team made the software to be very easy to use it. You can teach anybody in your company and he/she understand its functionalities within few days.

The software is up to date with our functions and activities thus currently no dislike.

Unless i encounter as we progress of which i hope it wont happen.

We use Fraxion Spend Management to record and track our purchasing activities and map the customer behaviours e.g their purchasing strength at a given time in our business.

This has helped us understand the business trend at each given time and understand our business volume at a given period of time in our business.

The software reduces risks of overspending or fraud since it gives visibility and tool to control price of what is to be purchased and where, it is also configured with the organization policies to enables employees purchase commodities with ease and speedily;records every transaction,allocate costs of appropriate project or cost centres and ensure every cent is approved prior to being spent.Digitally controls both local and international travel.

The software requires money for purchase and installation and that is a bit costy to the organization.

Besides the merits i have mentioned,it streamlines the submission and reimbursement of expenditure incurrd by employees in behalf of the organization and those in remote can use mobile devices to submit their claims hence saves time and enhances efficiency. It is best and has enhances effiency in organisation's expenses management and I therefore recommend it to anyone or any organization.

The software enforces segregation of duties through out the entire payment processes and automizes payment plans.It enhances transparency promoting accountability since it drills down into suppliers,departments,employees and expense type and also tracks spending,analyses both current and future spending forecasting.The system digitally controls both international and local traveling through processing invoice,generation travel intineraries,processing of invoice against traveling cost.

This software is greatly reduces the used of paper work, it is very intuitive interface. Most users were able to pick up how to use it with minimal training. I love this software.

This system so far have not experienced any dislikes, However much we see it would be nice if the vendor team could shift to a project basis, rather than departmental.

This system has anabled the tracking of requests and the use of the approval process. Also the ability to attach documents as support for purchase request.Fraxion has really made it, I recommend this software to others members who need procurement software.

Initially the office and all purchase requests were handled manually. Now the automated approval system has streamlined both the procurement and invoice accounts.

Being cloud based is a big plus, as there are no concerns around installation and upgrades of the software.

There are no cons. State of the art technology and well thought out features help make this product a pleasure to use.

The application is very affordable. The system delivers a solid workflow process that is easy to maintain and use. The email alerts work extremely well. The supporting documentation tools are great.

You can query and access all related documents for a supplier. The search button on the home screen is extremely helpful as you can search by order number, invoice number etc. You can see full approval flow & history on all entries.

The reporting options or available reports have been updated/upgraded in the last few product updates. We would like to see more report options

All items need to be fully approved on Fraxion in order for the purchase order to be generated. We will only make payment if there is a PO for the relevant supplier invoice. This has reduced the amount of unauthorised spend in the business.
