Fraud Blocker has saved us hundreds of dollars a month by blocking bad traffic we were paying for on Google Ads. It was very easy to set up and their customer service was very helpful in answering all of our questions.

There isn't too much to not like about Fraud Blocker. Sometimes their reports would take a while to load, but their price point and great customer service more than made up for it.

Ad fraud is a major problem for us, since we kept losing money to fake clicks and Fraud Blocker was able to help us save a ton on wasted ad spend every month. We have better quality traffic now and it's saved us so much money.

Fraud Blocker has changed our understanding of advertising fraud. They helped educate us on fraudulent behavior of users and provide data insights that wasn't available on Google Analytics or any other platform. Fraud Blocker is an all in one tool that provides additional fraud protection for our online campaigns.

I had a couple issues with connecting to Google Ads when I first signed up, however once I spoke to their customer support team, they were able to fix the issue and I was able to get everything to work.

Fraud Blocker helps prevent fake leads to our business. It allows us to be more efficient with our ad spend and only pay for real users.

Fraud Blocker has been an excellent tool in helping us manage dead leads for our cleaning service. It blocks the IP addresses of clicks that they determine to be invalid or fraud and it shows our team how much money we've saved if we hadn't used their service.

They do a great job showing what IP behaviors are bad, but I still wish we'd have more info, such as where the specific source came from or why some IPs were blocked and not others.

Fraud Blocker is improving our lead quality and reducing our expense per acquisition. They prevent our team from wasting their time with bad leads and help us achieve far better results than we had without their tool.

Ease of setup and use..especially for something that isn't visible and obvious for most people. The ability to keep google in check is a much welcome tool in our arsenal.

Woule love to have better explanations of some of the advanced features to understand why we might want to go with one setting or another. Other than that, we are very happy with the tool.

Google is unchecked with everyone's ad spend, and they purposely keep it as a black box. With fraud blocker we at least have a fighting chance to prevent unwanted clicks.

The product rivals VC backed competitors for a significantly reduced price.

We're also seeing more robust features that stay true to the exact issues being solved - blocking fraudulent clicks. There's no need to add ancillary services that may or may not benefit the end goal. Simply blocking fraud is what we need, and that is exactly what we get.

Easy install, as expected. Drop the Fraud Blocker code into your site (or Google Tag Manager) and off it goes. Light code install so you're not bogged down by a horrendous amount of callbacks and cookie load.

New features are innovating the space. Our latest favorite is the GeoIP blocking at an account level. Even though our campaigns are restricted to certain Geo's, traffic used to sneak in from the ad platform. The new GeoIP block adds another layer of targeting protection.

Wish the reporting could get more granular. Would love to see things on a campaign level.

As a digital marketing agency, we would also like to have more aggregate reporting. Even the ability to share IP blocking across all of our clients.

However, the client/domain dashboard does have easy to snippet and drop into a slide deck style info. Just would be nice if there were some sort of dummy-proof export capability.

Running PPC ads for the good part of the last 20 years, I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of paid traffic. Click fraud has been quite a problem for me, with a lot of spammy and bot clicks from Google Ads. Fraud Blocker provided me with a solution that is very simple to set up and that works very well.

It was very easy to install, it really only took a few clicks to add code to tag manager and connect Google Ads account. Within 2 days of operating, it reported enough fraud and got me enough refund money from Google to pay back the cost of their month's subscription, and blocked many fraudulent IP addresses seamlessly. The whole setup is very easy and it basically operates on a "set it and forget it" mode.

Their team was also very helpful, got on a call with me, helped explain more how their tool works, showed me the fraud it already blocked, and even recommended additional security measures to add to my site to combat click fraud - they really wanted to help me combat the fraud problem on my landing pages, going beyond just helping with their tool.

Honestly, I really like everything. One thing I suggested they do is to add a good onboarding video explaining things better to a new client on the tool. Their support team really gave me a great overview on the call, and it would be even better if they had it recorded in a standard video instantly accessible to new clients.

Their tool detects fraudulent clicks very well, flagging up bots very seamlessly. It then reports the fraud clicks to Google, getting Google to refund me money for fraud clicks, and also blocks all fraudulent IP addresses. In the first 2 days of running it saved me more expense in fraud prevention than their monthly subscription cost.

Saves tons of money by stopping garbage and fraudulent ad clicks. And when I needed some help understanding my dashboard, I called and got great 1-on-1 help.

It's great so far. I would like to see a more obvious signal that my ads are connected correctly.

Overall, it’s a great service for the money. Fraud Blocker lowered the percent of invalid clicks in my Google Ads account and I saw a substantial improvement with my ad performance.

I was unable to see the amount of fraud that was being blocked at the campaign level; it only blocked bad clicks across all my campaigns. This wasn’t a major issue since I still saved money, but something that may have been helpful.

I’m receiving a TON of fake phone calls from my call campaigns on Google Ads. In many cases, my phone doesn’t even ring and I’m still charged for the CPC click. It’s hard to say exactly since it’s a pretty straight-forward service and it’s working for us. Perhaps connecting with other services we use such as Bing Ads or Facebook would be helpful.
