Nothing except getting users to engage initially. The system took a while to set up as we wanted to pull data from our CRMbut Frankli were really accommodating in supporting us at this time.
Giving us one place where we can store and track all employee information. We have reduced the spreadsheets and emails as only the CRM and Frankli are considered our sources of truth.
Frankli is great for mapping out our company goals, then each department leader can plan their objectives for their area. It's a central place to track everything, and a great dashboard to track progress through a month/quarter and have the important conversations to drive to meet and beat the targets.
I've got my whole team loaded in so everyone can use it.
Its a bit manual at the moment to update. This makes it flexible because it doesn't require a fancy/complex data connection to our source systems as a pre-requisite so we can report on any goals we like. However, because it isn't automated it means that before we can review our progress we need to first update all the numbers which is quite manual and tedious.
Frankli helps us plan the important objectives for our business. It helps us align the objectives of all leaders for a single set of company objectives and also helps teams and individuals have their own set of OKRs that map to their Team / Company goals.
We user to do this with a bunch of presentations and discussions but it was hard to have clearly defined goals, and without the clarity it's impossible to hold leaders to account.
I love the dashboard and the and the ability to set goals as a team and track progress together

Frankli is helping us as a team track strategic goals for our SaaS business, we use it weekly to plan ahead together
Frankli is intuitive and easy to use. The UX is clean and welcoming. I use it to manage my 1:1’s with my team and to set and track objectives. The two play nicely together, and it’s integrated with my calendar, making the whole process seamless.
So far, my experience with Frankli is positive. We get great support from their customer success team. I am using limited features in 1:1s and goals but hoping to extend that usage with other feedback features in the near future.
Before Frankli, goal-setting was hard to manage. My team wouldn’t necessarily stay on top of things. They also struggled with clarity on what exactly we were striving to achieve. While we committed to regular meetings and check-ins, they didn’t always happen.
Now with Frankli, objectives are clear and aligned. I have regular 1-1 meetings with all my team members; in those meetings, we have access to all the information we need to have a valuable conversation. I particularly like the action points and notifications around follow-ups. It keeps everyone on track and accountable.
rankli looks great and is easy to use! I only really use it for the 1:1s, they're brilliant for me and my team. They're very action orientated which means it's easier to keep on track and focus on the important things. The different talking point templates also mean we can vary our conversations and keep things fresh!
There's nothing major that I dislike, we still need to use more of Frankli to get the most from it. We haven't started using the goals section within our team just yet but hopefully, we can easily adopt that too.
Frankli makes sure that our team are regularly checking in with each other and having important conversations that help us professionally and personally. We're a remote team so having this tool makes sure we take the time to connect properly!
I can clone goals, it is easy to use, It calculates the results/progress, I can edit the goals
at the beginning, it was harder to navigate through its parts - sometimes I lost visibility of some parts and was not sure where it disappeared. Now it's all clearer for me as I'm using the tool regularly

The interface makes it super easy to navigate and identify targets and objectives. You can set goals like it was game! Very interactive
I don't dislike anything about Frankli; I wish all programs were this easy to navigate!

There is very little I can find fault with
Visibility of performance and personal/career development. Removes need for manual surveys and feedback that is unconnected to an individual's experience
Having all the historical notes from conversations that can be forgotten, then being able to see the correlation of these conversations and goal process over time.
The only thing is the limited integration with Google Cal, having to reschedule meetings has to be done through the platform and not in my cal
Allowing for a much more consistent feedback process, with structured answers making it easier to take action from these.

As a small but growing and ambitious company, we've found Frankli to be a real boon for Performance Management within the business, from company-level goals to individual Manager-Report relationships. It's slick and easy to use, and saves us time which for me is a key consideration given our small team and how busy we all are. The notifications are insightful but never overload you, and the tool is super easy to pick up. Matches all the competitors in terms of functionality, but in a best-in-class UI.
Nothing springs to mind. A joy to use (as all good tech ought to be!)
