Our Solution for Content Review
What do you like best about Frame.io?
The best aspect of Frame.io has to be the interface. The client experience when reviewing video and photo content from us is really important and Frame.io helps us put our best foot forward.
What do you dislike about Frame.io?
The folder hierarchy and structure can be a bit confusing across multiple users. We're still working through the best way to organize our own internal structure. This has no effect on clients reviewing material though so it's not a huge concern.
What problems is Frame.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem is how to best send out video content for review to our clients that's easy to navigate and looks professional. Frame.io solves this with a fantastic interface that makes reviewing the material, adding notes, marking approval, and ultimately easily downloading the approved file a breeze.

Frame.io has helped us consolidate notes, receive feedback accurately, and be more organized. Such a simple UI and takes seconds to explain to people who are unfamiliar with it. Their Transfer app makes uploads and downloads fast and easy. I use it every day!

I'd like a way to have project shortcuts, like Finder/File Explorer has a way to pin your current projects.
What problems is Frame.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

A Swiss Army Knife for Post Production
What do you like best about Frame.io?
The easy-to-use interface, and flexibility in adopting various post workflows has been a game changer for us at Real Video Production Co.
What do you dislike about Frame.io?
It's unclear sometimes what is client-facing, and what is private. Perhaps a "client view" button could be helpful.
Recommendations to others considering Frame.io?
Frame.io is a video review platform on the surface, which is easy for clients to use, and helpful for us in consolidating notes.

Great for collaboration, and peer review on any video project.
What do you like best about Frame.io?
I really enjoy the timecoding feature, and the option to manually draw on the image, to point out exactly what the comment is referring to.
What do you dislike about Frame.io?
I dislike how buggy the stacking versions feature can be at times. I hope to see this optimized in the future.
What problems is Frame.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients commission us to make the videos they need, and in turn, we put them on Frame.io so they can evaluate them and leave feedback until they're satisified.

io has changed video production workflows forever!
What do you like best about Frame.io?
I love being able to send reviewers, clients, proofers, and teammates a quick and easy way to give feedback on a video. The system makes it so easy for all parties involved to collaborate and stay organized with comments, edits, and feedback. For editors, Frame.io has been a game changer in knowing exactly what changes to make.
What do you dislike about Frame.io?
I wish Frame.io had the ability to just as easily leave comments on PDFs, website comps, and other file types. I also wish they had more pricing plans with fewer features. I love all of the features they offer but I usually don't need as many as they offer.
What problems is Frame.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frame.io has allowed me to send videos to anyone in and outside of our team and organization to quickly and easily gather feedback. Instead of a bunch of comments in various emails it is all locked to timecode. Also it let's multiple reviewers to comment back and forth to come to an agreement on a change Frame.

Perfect For Review and Effeciency
What do you like best about Frame.io?
I recently started using Frame.io for my video editing projects, and I have to say, it has completely changed the way I collaborate with my team and clients. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for me to share my work and gather feedback from my collaborators. The ability to leave comments and annotations directly on the video timeline is a game-changer, as it allows me to clearly communicate my thoughts and ideas to my team.
What do you dislike about Frame.io?
Stacking videos can sometimes be a pain when there's an issue.
What problems is Frame.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the things I love most about Frame.io is the integration with Adobe Creative Cloud. As an Adobe user, it's great to be able to access my Frame.io projects directly from within my Adobe applications. This makes it easy for me to seamlessly move back and forth between my video editing software and Frame.io.

What do you like best about Frame.io?
The interface is straighforward and easy to use. It makes reviewing videos with clients so simple!
What do you dislike about Frame.io?
I wish that it was more clear that your video is "versioned". I wish that 'copied links' would become accessible in a reviewer's inbox. TOO PRICEY FOR SEATS.
What problems is Frame.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have the "download" option as a default. Frame.

Frame.oo has been so helpful to bridge the gap between our video team, marketing, and agents. My favorite thing is that when you leave a comment it has a time stamp - life changing
What do you dislike about Frame.io?
The only thing I don't like is after you approve the video, you can't change the stage to posted. If there was that option we would be able to track a little better

Straight-to-the-point Amending
What do you like best about Frame.io?
What I like best with Frame.io is that it is easy to be shared to stakeholders for their comments. They don't need to log in to leave comments in a specific timeframe. You can also import the comments directly to Premiere Pro.
What do you dislike about Frame.io?
Things that they can improve on is the interface of the dashboard. I'm having a hard time navigating some previous projects. And if they could put a "close comments" option so stakeholders can stop commenting while I'm in the middle of editing the file.
Recommendations to others considering Frame.io?
What problems is Frame.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
Also, hope they can improve the uploading duration. I think this is just my internet problem, but hope they can compress the videos while uploading so it won't take up much space. What I also dislike with the tool is that the free version's got a small limit.
