The sales team, they were helpful at helping me !

I don't dislike anything.

Good on everything

It is helping me drive customers to my business.

See, I am into Sales for a long time and need a platform for a channelized lead management system. I have not been able to find one yet I tried many of them. Foureyes like its name does that work: It provides the automation that ensures no lead is ever lost.

I could not think of any. However, it reporting could be improved a little.

- Prospect management

- Filter non-sales leads out of the scene so we ensure that the focus is only on the right leds.

- Tracking of the lead -- This is amazing feature.

- Sales Enablement

Their tech assists us in capturing leads that would have been lost. Their system also provides a very advanced follow up tool that runs on its own, it emails customers regarding any price drops in the vehicle/s that they were looking at while also serving up other similar options. It captures their visits to our website and alerts us if there's no new activity in our CRM related to that specific prospect, oftentimes the lead had been marked "dead" after months of inactivity. Finally, our rep Shawn Souza, provides us with some of the best customer service! We recommended FourEyes to our sister store and they love it as well.

There's nothing to dislike, the system runs seamlessly.

Convenience, and very helpful staff. Our account representatives have been continuously helpful, and we're seeing big changes with lead generation! This platform has been very useful as a tool to help us monitor our website traffic, as well as obtain customers that may be in a very early stage of the sales funnel. Using this information, we can try to keep our prospective customers looking at information from our dealership, rather than traveling to competing dealerships in the area.

Occasionally, starting a campaign can be slow with results for the first couple of months. However, this isn't a fault of Foureyes. Usually, the campaign is running like a beast during the trial period, and you truly get a feel for the depth of Foureyes. As a customer of Foureyes through Adpearance, the billing process could definitely be simplified. I was hoping all of the services could be billed together per dealership, rather than being divided, but again that is completely understandable.

Use their trial period, and ask as many questions as possible. You'll actually get answers, and won't be disappointed.

Lead generation has been a continued issue at our dealership. Foureyes is helping us see more repeat website traffic, and is perfect for catching our customer's at each step of the sales funnel. Also, the Foureyes tool is a gigantic help to our sales teams. Our salespeople have seen the additional benefit in extra leads alone. The sales managers are able to view the customers' vehicles of interest, and better determine the best way to serve our customer base.

I love FourEyes becuase of the algorithm it uses. High quality quick results/

My least favorite thing about Foureyes is the main screen when you log in. I feel they could redesign it to be more appealing.

It helps me find my clients and market to them in a timely manner.

Foureyes helped us better track, protect, engage, and sell. Its patented user-level website tracking shows every call, form and chat lead.

I can't think of anything customers typically dislike about Foureyes, but I understand everyone has different preferences.

It helped us convert more leads into customers while providing customer data insights. I could follow up with my customers in real-time. It also saved our time by automating tasks like segmenting data for sales and marketing campaigns.

Foureyes helped us to generate more revenue for our business. We were able to make mass email campaigns that were highly converting.

I have not faced any serious issues, although customer support can improve.

With four eyes, making highly converting campaigns was very easy and affordable. Apart from this, the bounce rate was negligible, and we could track our campaigns which helped in understanding our customer behavior as well !!

There is a scope for improvement in simplifying the billing process, as it is slightly complicated. Generating multiple bills for different services rather than generating one single bill for a dealership is a pain point.

Generating a great amount of lead through improved website traffic is a great point. Knowing what customers exactly need serves as an added advantage to capture the customer base.

Well, in Sales we constantly hit the road end without even knowing that a lead is lost without even pursuing it better. .That's where Foureyes come into the picture. They provide the automation which lesser other tools do.

It has to be its analytics thing. Also, not a lot of sync options are available. I like this tool and there fewer things that I don't like about it. They could also simplify their Billing process a bit.

What I like the most is its Omni Tracking. They have this cool thing that they can track each lead whereabouts and let me know a good time to personate a client.
