When scheduling an interview through fountain you can not schedule more than one for the same time.
We send alot of automated texts so getting response notifications would be extremely helpful.....like a text noti for us or an email.
I am sure Fountain is always improving with its feedback from customers. The multiple scheduling feature is one that is beign worked on from my employers end.
The automation Fountain provides for high-volume recruiting is so valuable. Insead of manually reviewing the thousands of applicants we receive per posting, we're able to automate some of the review based on key qualifiers that Fountain's system will filter through for us like location. Pair that with their amazing customer success team and you have a great product.
Some of the UX/formatting can be a bit clunky when formatting messaging and emails

Reporting automated exports only send to an email, it would be nice if it could connect to google sheets. Also custom reports that you can save to your folder are not visible to others.

nothing I can think of that I would consider as being less of an use
