What is most helpful about Fortifi is that the application is very much easy to use. The software allows persons to have all in one feature where one can integrate other applications into it. You are able to have phone, email and live chat conversations with customers using the application.
What I dislike about Fortifi is that at times the application can move extremely slow especially when trying to load certain data. This can of course be annoying. Also, the application tends to break down at times.
I recommend this application to everyone who wants to have one software where they are able to do everything they need for their business. The application si easy to use and works wonders. Apart from the few setbacks of the application, great things are ahead for this software.
The problem that Fortifi is solving that of being an all in one software where one is able to bill customers, keep customers' data and also, be able to connect with customers via (Live chat, phone conversations, and/or email) This is an awesome tool and a great feature of the application. I would recommend this application is every business.
Fortifi is great as a cloud-based platform and an all-in-one place to go for your business's needs. I really like that there are so many things built into the platform which leads to fewer integrations and charges from other vendors. The software seems like it would do a great job scaling from small businesses all the way up to larger-sized companies. Whether you only need a small set of features or every single one, the tools are there for you to be able to take advantage of. The software allows for super simple and incredibly complex tasks to be automated which is a huge time-saver. There is a free trial and a free version of the product which can help to keep costs down for those worried about breaking the bank.
I have not had any issues with Fortifi that I would bring up here. I have not used the software for very long and from everything I have experienced first-hand I haven't noticed any issues that would need to be corrected or fixed. This is a testament to how well the company thought out this offering.
Just like any other software you are considering buying, make sure to do your due diligence and homework to ensure this product is the right one for your needs. It always helps when a company provides a free or lite version of their products for users to "try before you buy" so that way it's apparent whether or not it is worth exploring or not.
I have been able to solve quite a few different issues with Forifi simply because it offers so many different things. Live Chat is a huge market and one that we are constantly looking to improve. Since our marketing is done in-house it has been great to see what the software is capable of.
What I like best is that I am able to manage customers' details all in one place, it is very much organized and very much user friendly. The software undergoes regular updates which means that as the developers see anything that needs updates no need to worry because trust me they will get it done.
What I dislike about this application is that even though it undergoes frequent updates, it tends to break down quite often and when this happens it affects not only the customers but also the clients who use the application.
I would recommend this application simply because it's easy to use, and just keep everything in one place safe.
The problem this application is solving is that of customer management, and keep everything in one place without having to use multiple applications which can get really messy at times.
As an Affiliate Manager, i was constantly being requested to change our Affiliate back end, and since switching to Fortifi, my life has become 10X easier - Information from an Advertiser perspective as well as from the affiliates end is fantastic. 10/10 on the support front also.

i am able to provide faster and mre prevcise information to my affiliates. I am also able to understand the traffic coming in, and recognizing patterns and potential fraud.
Before we were using Fortifi, we were trying to track support emails and issues raised with Excel sheets and internal communication methods, which became unmanageable and ineffective. Having tickets automatically created in Fortifi when somebody contacts our support email address now means that everything is easily recorded and tracked, with none of our clients ever accidentally not being replied to.
The use of ‘canned responses’ for typical resolutions and checks that we can provide our clients also means that our support staff can contact and resolve our client’s issues much more efficiently. By using Fortifi, we have been able to further enhance our support service and maintain excellent feedback from our clients.
The Knowledge Base has become a stand out feature of our business and is loved by our growing amount of users around the globe. We are able to easily create sections and articles with a mix of text, image and video content that has enhanced our user’s learning journey and increased the speed at which they are able to fully utilise everything our products have to offer. As our products regularly evolve, being able to update our existing content and add more has meant that our Knowledge Base has increased in size. The search tool in the Knowledge Base really comes into power by quickly taking our users to the content they need, but importantly, guiding them to the related content that they didn’t realise they needed until the Knowledge Base told them!
There are a huge amount of features available, but I don't use them all currently and i'm sure I could benefit from using more.
Spend time working with the team on integrations and best use of Fortifi, as you will get a lot more out of it.

Fortifi is an easy to use platform. Everything is on one platform. You are to access customers' accounts while on a live interaction using the one system. They also have ticket servics
I cannot confirm if this is the case for everyone but you are not able to complete outcome calls. You are however able to complete outbound tickets. It also crashes a few times
Managing all of your customers information in one space is very convenient. It is very user friendly as well.
The UI and the inbuilt features provided and the easy to use interface without hassle is the best thing I would say, even a non techie would be able to utilise it easily.
The billing interface can be upgraded with some more interactive and easy-to-use UI so that it would be easy for nontech guys to easily generate bills and handle their work easily.

The first and foremost Fortifi covers the basic business needs, involving bills, CRM, messaging, support etc. The market is quite competitive and Fortifi is providing such solutions in a good price.
I like how the SLAs are configurable and that we can change them to be what we want them to and that the SLAs are set in stone with the time requirements that we need to meet.
I dislike how there is some ease of life features that arent baked into the SLA agreements. For example if at the weekend we still had a ticket open the timer would still count down and that SLA wont be met if left for too long
I think that fortifi is trying to solve the problems with their service by being my customer active and listening to what we have to say in regards to feedback such as these serveys

In my opinion just the price that can be a little high but depending on each one needs compared to other systems that are similar it can be either good or bad for them.
