We lose some of the visibility into our fraud activity but we are working to enhance those insights through reporting.

What do you like best about Forter?

Forter reduces the overhead required to maintain traditional rules based fraud platforms and manual human review. As a consumer, it is a relief to know that services like Forter exist to protect us from fraudulent activity on our accounts.

What do you dislike about Forter?

Portal sometimes loads slowly and filtering options are not the best

What problems is Forter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Protecting our inventory by identifying and flagging customers that we believe are resellers, solution for returns abuse, and coupon abuse prevention. All of the aforementioned services reduce and eliminate what would be a very heavy lift for our business to solve for internally.

Technical abilities and willingness to earn our business. While continually adding value to the relationship and overall business value proposition

I haven't found any downside to working with Forter. The only thing I would say is that there has been some account turnover with resources internally

Forter solves all of our transactions in real time while also providing a chargeback guarantee model that ensures their decision works.

Avoid fraud with this awesome tool.

What do you like best about Forter?

This tool is very easy to use. No need special training to use this as it is very user friendly. The best thing with forter is there is no setup fee and available in reasonable price.

What do you dislike about Forter?

I dont see any dislikes with this tool. This is very helpful in fraud check.

What problems is Forter solving and how is that benefiting you?

By this tool usage time and money is saved a lot, by which we can concentrate on genuine transactions and neglect fraud transactions.

The API documentation is super clear and easy to follow. Also, the debugging tools on the Forter portal are helpful for all the developers.
