Here at Oxford Auto we have a lot of customers that are far from the store. Signatures are required within a certain amount of days. Formstack helps us with getting those signatures within a timely manner.
As of right now there's not too much of an upgrade needed.
The long wait of customers and Insurance companies receiving signed forms that require their signature asap.
1 - The ability to cc other parties who need a copy of the signed document.
2 - The daily reminder feature.
3 - Ability to send reminder to client's cell phone number.
1 - No longer list in the cover email who copies of the signed document have been sent a cc.
2 - Unable to insert a Notary Seal or jpg of my standard signature.
3 - Unable to send multiple documents (PDF's) at once for signature to the same person.

As an insurance agent, we require many documents to be filled out & signed by each client. Formstack Sign makes it extremely easy for both our end and the customer's end to have everything signed in just a few clicks. It helps us provide fast and great customer support on a daily basis.
The downside to using Formstack Sign is that we don't get to see our customers too often but can also be a good thing considering that it helps them save time by e-signing instead of making a trip to the closest office to manually sign every document.
It helps save time for both our company and our customers. Using this program avoids having to make in person meetings to sign documents.

Formstack Sign provides a quick and efficient service to get signatures on documents.
We can track paperwork across departments. We always know whose desk a form sits on when we have multi-level approvals. Colleagues can approve documents no matter where they are.
1) It would be fantastic if we had more flexibility with templates.
2) More importantly -we typically have 8-10 signers within a document. Sometimes, we have signers decline documents for small edits/or questions. Once declined, we have to restart the process from the beginning. It would be great if rather than approve or decline - there was a third option or chat feature where signers could ask questions, make comments, email other signers, etc.
3) If only we could integrate with Google Docs directly.
Prior to Formstack, our internal approval process could take days. If multi-level approval was required, it could take longer. With Formstack, the approval process can be done within an hour. There are no more lost forms. We know where a form is held up in the signature process and can send additional reminders in addition to daily reminders.
That we or customers dont have to be struggling bothering them about steping in a office for signature when they can easily electronically sign them now thanks to formstack.

The biggest reason our agency went with Formstack was due to the all-in-one pricing. We have two offices that deal with varying amounts of document signatures, so we had to break away from our prior document esignature company, due to their requirement to choose in advance how many envelopes we wanted. It was easy for me to learn the Formstack system, and then in turn teach our two document specialists how to use it. The completion notifications are quick to be emailed to us.
One thing I've noticed recently is that reminder emails get sent to customers 5+ times in a row. So within a single minute, multiple notifications go out. Even in situations when we choose to cancel a form and NOT send notification to the customer, they still get notification in some cases, which causes confusion. We've been able to simply blame it on a system error, but this seems to have started happening only recently (within the past month) and hasn't been resolved yet.
We're able to get forms signed by customers, sometimes while we're on the phone with them. It can take moments to resolve a situation whereas it used to take days or over a week, when relying on USPS.
