Free service, easy to use. You can setup a form in 2 minutes

What do you dislike?

It's not completely free, you have some restrictions.

it helps to funnel all feedback from the website in to us to dissect and read and respond

i wish that it broke things into categories before we opened it up so we could just look at positive or just look at negative
