Formsort is incredibly easy to get started while also allowing you to build out highly complex flows as well. It's very rare to find a product that can be both a good entry-level conversion tool but also something you won't outgrow quickly.

Not much. There were a few highly custom things we wanted to do that weren't possible, but I honestly didn't expect it to be able to do as much complicated logic-based flow deviations as it was able to.

Formsort gives us the ability to build a conversion funnel for potential new paid customers. It allows us to easily qualify leads without custom web UI work. If we want to change our survey flow we can iterate rapidly with formsort and launch something new in minutes.

Formsort exceeded our expectations with its flexibility and customization options. Every time I had a question about achieving something specific, they already had that feature or a workaround to make it happen. The ability to conditionally redirect users after completing a form to different links using one setting, for example, was a pleasant surprise. I also like that it allows us to receive data from users during onboarding, even if they only partially complete the form. It makes follow-ups so much easier. The team is also super responsive, addressing any concerns quickly!

It does take a bit of time to get used to the platform. There have been a few bugs, but they’ve been quick to fix them.

The team at Formsort is unlike any team I have worked with! They are not only incredibly responsive, but it's clear that they REALLY want your projects to succeed. We had a pretty complex quiz flow, and Juliann, Eric and the team worked with us to simplify parts of it and ensure everything ran smoothly. They are the BEST!

Formsort as a tool is also relatively easy to use - it allowed us to run complex logic and help bring our vision for our flows to life!

We experienced a couple of bugs while setting up our flows, but the team was super reactive and responsive to them and worked quickly to fix them. They are genuinely open and interested in hearing all feedback that will enhance their product and the user experience.

El abanico de opciones y funcionalidad que ofrece no tiene comparación con ninguna otra herramienta con la que haya trabajado. Poder tener A/B testing, versionamiento, integracion con Analytics, webhooks, Tag Manager entre muchas otras integraciones nos ha ahorrado meses de trabajo y en cuestion de dias hemos empezado a obtener conversiones de nuestros clientes.

Ademas el equipo de Formsort es genial, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y aclarar dudas.

Es un poco caro. Ademas creo que podrian agregar mas opciones de customización para hacer sentir mas nativo el sistema. Poder tener la opcion de almacenar la data en formsort seria de mucha utilidad.

Lanzamiento de productos y recoleccion de información. Tener A/B testing y aprender cuales flujos funcionan mejor que otros y poder aplicar cambios en cuestion de minutos para obtener mejores conversiones.

We're in a high trust business and need our forms to look and feel like they're part of our product. We also needed to get our forms off the ground quickly and needed our engineering team to work on our core product. Other online form builders didn't have the design flexibility or the ability to embed into our product that we needed.

Formsort is a professional grade tool meant for highly designed product forms. Getting your style built out properly takes real investment and there is a bit of a learning curve.

We've built a pre-appointment COVID screener for our patients. We saw a ton of lift on the eng side - a product manager was able to build and iterate on the screener with minimal involvement from our engineering team.

We love the ability to optimize/test various stages of a quiz flow for growth purposes

Would love more custom design capabilities, but understand formsort is also relatively new. Regardless a big step up from Jotform for us!

The key point of differentiation is being able to optimize/test form flows. Important for us as a health/wellness companies that sends our customers various assessments and forms throughout their journey with us.

Control over when data is saved (every step, just at the end, etc.) and insane control over design.

It's pricey, but justifiable for a HIPAA compliant platform with their featureset.

Building HIPAA compliant forms that are are loved by growth, product, and engineering alike - no small feat!

Easy to spin up a new form with a lot of options for customization. Can also export the data easily in a format that works best for us.

As with any tool, it's hard to make this look completely custom. We get it to align with our branding but there isn't a great way to add in an animation or a purely "fun" visual delight

Allow us to create forms and surveys quickly and get the data where it needs to go, freeing us up to spend developer time on things that are truly custom to our business

The Formsort team is really helpful and highly responsive to feedback from us. They are a really, really smart team that's highly conscientious. The product solves an important pain point for us -- making a branded flow is a larger dev lift than it sounds.

It's still a fairly large lift to get Formsort to work but it's far better than the alternatives. Generally, though there aren't that many things to dislike. I would say it's expensive, but if you really want the end result of a branded flow it's hard to do for THAT much cheaper.

I would budget 1 month for implementation.

Intake flows are a lot harder than they sound to make in raw React. You might think "what could be hard about making a form? I mean it's ... just a form." But the reality is making something that looks nice and is branded, works well with marketing tech tools and has nice animations etc is just really hard. If I had gone back, I would never have built this in-house.

*Very* feature rich! We had a pretty comprehensive use case that we needed to put together that integrated our SaaS service into a web form, alongside a series of systems integrations. Formsort had every feature we possibly needed for the integration and it took just a few minutes to put it together. My team and I highly recommend Formsort!

It's not a literal dislike, but the tool can use a visual uplift. All in all it doesn't matter as much because the functionality works, and that's what mattered to us.

Make sure you browse through all the features before you decide to use something else, because you might not be able to tell the amount of complexity that it offers until you do a proper walkthrough of the product.

Custom, integrated form development, that took a lot less time than using any other tool, and especially a lot less time than implementing the forms from scratch.
