How easy it is to build forms and have our customers fill them out.

I wish there were a few more customizations for the form

Very easy to create simple effective forms and the integrations that they have works very well. We have very set up the forms to send email notifications to multiple recipients. No other forms software had the same capabilities, I've tried others and and stayed with formsite.

would like other full fledge cost effective payment gateway integration options. Paypal etc are not cost effective. Authorize.net is but it does not work with all payment processors.

Formsite is a powerful tool with limitless applications in a sales environment. Almost every aspect is customizable. Building forms has been made easy by access to multiple templates, as well as a drag-and-drop feature. Formsite has plenty of integrations with other powerhouse software such as Salesforce. Depending on your subscription level, there is even an API option. Automating workflows with notifications and approvals makes this a go-to choice for complex processes that touch multiple departments.

I want the ability to route to multiple approvers in the same form instead of creating 1 form per approver and then linking via a more complex workflow.

It just works! Easy to set up and does what it says on the tin. Even accepts credit card numbers securely and PCI compliant if you have the upgraded plan.

The design could be freshened up. But that is very minor.

I've been using Formsite for years now. I just returned to the platform to create a form after having not used it for a while. The integrations are seamless with Google and Mailchimp and Dropbox. It continues to be a reliable and high-functioning product. Well done.

Experiment with what works best for you.

Engaging my audience while (1) capturing their data and (2) subscribing them to a Mailchimp newsletter. I also use it for student submission of essays, requiring them to sign the honor code while integrating the submissions to my dropbox account.

It's very simple to create surveys and forms. The variety of forms gives flexibility to quickly and easily use it for multiple purposes. There's ability to customize with your own graphics.

It took a while to get used to the validation codes. I think it is a little behind the times in that area. But works if you have the patience to link each cell together.

There is a ton of functionality in Formsite. I honestly recommend it.

This software has enabled us to create any type of form with plenty different styles of questions. It has also enabled us to organize our marketing requests on one platform as well as downloading data that is captured on the registration forms so that we can manipulate them on our own spreadsheet.

Easy to use templates is one of the best features.

Additional Types of templates would help us to evaluate. As a newbie to blogs, I would like to see what else I can do with my blog and i think a template would trigger ideas to try out new things for my blog.

I have used this for my blog for the basic contact form and in the future I would like to use it for online surveys. However, the ease of use made it the best of the plugins I have tried.

It is super easy to get started with all of the pre-created forms. There is a form for pretty much anything you need premade. Putting them up is also simple and support is available quickly.

We came over from another service and have had no complaints thus far.
