Forms on Fire were incredibly easy to work with, and they provided all kinds of assistance in setting up my forms/inspections and helped me develop an entire suite of on-site inspections for the app. Unbelievably helpful and effective tool, especially for the price.

Whenever we want to make a change to our inspection forms, we can do so quickly and we can do them from anywhere, with no help needed.

The initial set up can be a little overwhelming for those not super technically inclined. The learning curve was smooth though, and I was able to get the gist of it in short order.

If you need to get routine data from "in the field" or even around your business, and you want an affordable platform that you can customize to your purposes, allowing you to capture video, photos, GPS locations, etc...

We run a massive Student Housing facility and FOF gave us the immediate ability to run inspection/damages/chargeback data/ carpet conditions, etc... all through a system without ink and paper, plus it allowed us to get that information in a google spreadsheet so we could integrate it with our excel builds for managing our unit turnover. It really is a wonder - you no longer need to pay a developer a ton of money for a custom app!

What i like best about Forms On Fire is the performance and flexibility of the software. It is so easy to implement and integrate and it supports all features for creating forms. Additionally, almost everything is customizable to suit your needs and getting started with the software is extremely easy and straightforward.

Only a few challenges now and then but I'm glad their support team responds quick when we contact them.

Forms On Fire is a brilliant and exceptional software that integrates seamlessly with other softwares such as Google Sheets, Trello etc. It's a cloud-based solution and it does exactly what it was designed to do. I like its usability for both form designers and end users.

I like everything about this app mainly because it is very useful and easy to understand. I like language that is understandable and that the forms are robuts and can make processes more fluid.

Sometimes there may be problems in the processes that may not work correctly.

Improves processing with forms, allowing you to more easily control, manage and resolve problems with functions. For now everything is on the rigth track.

The performance of the software is good. It is easy to use with a simple interface. It can be used many times without problem. It is effortless to integrate and implement. It has all the required features for forms.

The UX design layout needs to be improved, but the performance of the app is good. The Customer support is good.

Forms On Fire software being a No-code platform made our work easy to create surveys and get feedback from our customers. It saves us a lot of time.

Easy to use and most everything is customizable. Customer Support (Tim D.) has been fantastic to work with and has helped me several times after the implementation of the form. I should have done this a long time ago..thanks to forms on fire, a 3 week process of writing reports is in the past and now I'm able to get reports out asap. I also like that I can customize the report prior to sending to my receipient.

Very basic app, but functional which is more important

no longer having to spend 3 weeks writing reports, love the auto report feature and spending 10 min to customize to my needs.

Easy to use when scheduling appointments.

The only thing that could work better is when putting in a beginning time slot, it changes the ending time slot.

It is helping scheudle appointments as a team and is user friendly.

I can upload pictures with the report and it is easy to populate and easy to use.

There were a few glitches in the beginign with up loading pictures but that seems to work now.

To someone who isnt super familiar with computers and tech, this program is super user friendly to both create and use on the app. I am easily able to look up how to insert different things onto the documents I create and it is very simple to edit. This program offered so many features which made it stick out from others. This was the only program that was this easy to customize and had all the features we were looking for. We offer a unique and broad amount of services so finding something universal was very important. When I have trouble I can message a customer service rep and they are quick to answer my question and find a solution. Sometimes, they even do the action for me and teach me how to do it on other documents. Our paperwork/app is constantly live as we are a 24/7 restoration company so being able to reach out and get a response so quick is super helpful to resolve any issues and keep our divisions running efficiently. Our techs use this app even during their emergencies in the middle of the night and the property receives the email and is aware of whats going on and the fact that this program will email paperwork and photos keeps our customers informed at all times. We are a small company that was still using physical sheets of paperwork out in the field and it was a very smooth transition switching over to this. Within weeks, we were able to covert all but one division over to the app. It helped us resolve our main customer complaints about paperwork and photo. Overall, this program has elevated our business and level of our customer service.

The only complaint I have about Forms on Fire would be the amount of time it takes for the app to load and submit paperwork. Sometimes, the technicians out in the field have to reload their app or press "force sync" in order for me to receive it.

We were having a disconnect with communication with our customers. They werent receiving paperwork all the time or it was lost. A lot of the time, customers needed photos for insurance or paperwork emailed to them. Now we can hold our techs accountable and we can make sure that everytime paperwork is completed, photos are required, and customers are guaranteed to receive a copy.

Usability for both end users and form designers. Easy to learn. Easy to implement. Versatile.

Limited data capacity. When forms get large with data, we've had issues uploading, but found a work around solution for the interim. Would be great if we could increase how large the forms can get in this data driven age.

Quick turn around times between field collection and office processing. Easier QAQC process and saved time. Reports come out formatted ready for client.

Working with Tim and Chris has been seem less. They assist in making sure my business has everything it needs to succeed and create a new path in our industry.

I wish they had better camera options but that is so small. They fit every other need and I'm sure one day we will get there.
