Helping measure responses

The customer service is great even though it is through a chat. They are thorough and provide the support needed. Without Seun's help I would have not been able to complete my form.

I really struggled with using the calculations, but the support I received completely compensated for that.

It is allowing use to create a form for parents to order and pay for lunch for their children and allowing us to not use paper and cash.

Forms created are easily accessible through a link for easy acess for clients. I'm also able to integrate the form link into my automated calendar system for clients to access.

Currently, formplus works in the way I need it to. It may be offered at other levels, but it would be nice to receive notification when my forms is submitted by a client.

If clients visit the link and fill out the form created (nothing that formplus can control), this will allow me to have faster more efficient consultations and incan serve clients needs in a better way.

I choose to use Formplus because it was easy to create a variety of different types of questions and the display created a positive UX by allowing questions/statements to be grouped together, so participants were not overwhelmed with the number of questions. It provided data charts as well as allowed me to export data information in order to code written responses. I was able to complete my first questionnaire during the trial period and the monthly pricing will allow me to use it for my current research.

I have not found anything I dislike about Formplus at this point.

Formplus is really easy to use, has a flexible design and provides clear data with great UX.

This has allowed me to create research questionnaires that are both easy to create and easy to use for participants. Its benefits have been that it collects and displays data clearly, auto creating graphs, and the display for users allow for easy of use on their end.

I don't see any downside of the Formplus

Increase font size and increase customization options

It is not actually a problem but a current state information

The ability to collect a signature and other features like auto re-naming files and especially its integration with Google sheets.

That is is a required add on with features that are not intuitively built into the Google forms application :)

Problems of data collection have been greatly addressed with formplus. We have been happy users for close to 4 years now.

At the time to use any other solution to create forms, you will find a big lack of complements or limited functionalities, with FormPlus it's a matter of the past.

You can pick from dozens of field, multi-select, radios, text area, single inputs, upload pictures. if you can imagine it you can do it by the way they have a beautiful design that everyone loves

Do you want to send all the response to a spreadsheet? You can do it and you don't even have to create the spreadsheet, FormPlus create it for you!

When you have multiple Forms running at the time, maybe you will have the need to send the response to a specific user.

The user should be aware of the response immediately after it was created, but all the emails reach the administrator email and there is no way to fix it unless you create an email rule to catch the notification and send it to the right person, this adds to a couple of minutes to the initial setup, but at this time there is no other way to archive this task.

If you have tried other free solutions and want to step forward this is the right software, a beautiful design, easy creation tools and not expensive solution.

Accidents reporting and internal surveys

Formplus has a user-friendly interface, making it easy to create and customize forms without needing advanced technical skills.

Design and personalization are not good enought.

Offline Form Submission: This feature is particularly useful in areas with limited internet connectivity, as it allows respondents to fill out forms offline, which are then automatically submitted once an internet connection is available.

Form creation is very easy and can be handled even by beginners.

There are plenty of templates that can be easily set up.

I also thought the documentation was very detailed and easy to work on by myself.

I felt that the free features are limited and the paid features are a bit expensive.

I think it is great for gathering customer information, opinions, and feedback on the product.
