Formjelly is impressively easy to use. The interface is really nice as well, which makes creating forms both simple and fast. I've never liked building forms, so a tool that does all of the hard work for me is a great time saver. Plus I really appreciate the focus on privacy, so that is the icing on the cake for me.

I needed custom forms for some data collecting programs I'm running. I'll need several forms and they all need to have their own unique look and fell.
